Starbucks

This Starbucks is one of my favorites. I will sometimes go out of my way just to come to this one because I know I'll have great service (I live on the south end of Red Deer). The staff have occasionally made mistakes but are very prompt and correcting the mistake and have even offered me free drinks as supplementation. The staff are always very pleasant and professional. It's a great place to stop right off of Highway 2 if you are driving through Red Deer! Highly recommend.

I had gruyere and bacon egg bites for the first time last week. Dang! So good! If you're looking for a protein snack with your coffee, look no further. Also - obvs their coffee is great. The service at this particular Starbucks is awesome though. And even when the line looks like it's not worth it, it's really not a long wait at all.

Best pit stop location on way to Calgary. I like the art with license plate that they have done. Staff is always friendly.

Conveniently located on the main road into Red deer from Sylvan Lake, This is a great place to stop for a fancy coffee when you're coming into town or for something sweet when you're headed back home after a day out and about. Although the drive-thru can sometimes have a bit of a line, service is prompt and friendly inside. A venti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso is a great way to get you through those last few hours of the day! ☕

The staff here are all amazing. They're on the ball and the drinks are always consistent. If you're looking to grab your coffee quickly it's best to order mobile before you get there or go through the drive thru.

I brought my wife here to get a expensive gingerbread drink and to settle a argument about something that I did wrong 5 years ago

Every single time I visit this location I am 10/10 impressed. The staff is amazing and have a heart to serve. This is the only location I like to visit in Red Deer because I know my coffee is always good and the staff is smiling. Also the service is so quick! Keep up the great work here guys and gals

Staff here are absolutely amazing! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. You are greeted everyday with a smile no matter what is going on in their lives, I recently moved away from red deer and miss the staff everyday. 5 stars is not enough I would give them at least a 100 if I could.

Always super friendly and inviting, they didn't have the order I asked for but the lady was so nice about it in explaining why they didn't have the ingredients and when they should be getting them in! I also got a card for some money off my next purchase because she felt so bad, I didn't mind at all, she was so nice about it and to me that's all that matters, always very good customer service, I've never had a bad experience

So far everyone at this location has been super nice! Always greeting me and saying bye which I love when coffee shops have that small town atmosphere. I’m not sure their names but there was someone working who had a Lilo and Stitch mask and someone who said “you’re the second person named Deb!” And both of these workers were so kind! 😊 they make me wanna work there lol

This is my go-to Starbucks in Red Deer!! As someone who used to work as a Starbucks barista, I consistently order complicated drinks and know what I want out of my orders. This location has never messed up any of my drinks and the barista’s are always the most friendly people!! Love this place!!

Came by early this morning (around 6am I believe) and was pleasantly surprised by how cheerful the staff were! I could barely function that early, let alone be as enthusiastic and energetic as they were! I frequent this location and they always have fun little debates on their tip jars (this morning it was asking if they should “go hard” or “go home” and you tip on whichever option you agree with) and even if you’re unable to tip, the staff is always willing to just chat about it with you! I love coming to this store and I will always come here to get my favourite iced caramel macchiato! Thanks guys!

I live an hour away and will make a drive to this Starbucks often as the staff is so kind! They make the best drinks out of all of the Starbucks in red deer and they are always so so nice! I love coming here and will always be my favourite place to get Starbucks! I love coming here so much!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the kind girl who was working the last two evenings when I was there between 6-6:30pm. She needs to know that she is AMAZING. I had a couple rough shifts at work and she went above and beyond with her service that, quite honestly, made my day both times. THANK YOU

Wonderful coffee house and better than most Starbucks' that I have been to. Staff were very nice and It had an overall great attitude in the store. My favorite place for a coffee when I am in Red Deer.

I work in customer service as a Server & NEVER leave reviews, however I’ve been coming to this location for quite sometime & felt it deserved a review. Loreen is amazing. Always so kind & sweet. There has been a couple times my drinks have been made wrong; hot instead of cold today, grande instead of venti another time. However Loreen insisted on giving me both drinks both times & it has made my day. Love the customer service at this location. Especially Loreen. She also helped me set up my Starbucks Rewards!
