Stems Flowers and Cafe

I'm late on writing this review but we got our flowers for our wedding August 2023 with Stems Flowers and Cafe ! Beautifully done and on time! Courtnee was such a delight and reached out right away with any concerns or questions I had. I went In not knowing what I really wanted but she helped narrow it down and everything was so perfect. Amanda the owner was absolutely fantastic and such a positive person to be around. Highly recommend 👌

Had an absolutely AMAXING experience with Chantal! Stems and flowers even though super busy and couldn't find what I needed anywhere else they were the ones that delivered! They had everything needed in store where everyone did not
Not and without seeing the bouquet of flowers she created I had full trust in her to make it stunning just through talking with her, and boy did she deliver the whole arrangement was perfect! I 10 out of 10 recommend this place I will always go back when I am shopping for any occasion! Thanks again you made many smiles that day!

I love this flower shop and cafe.
The cafe is closed now (April 2021) due to Covid. When it's open their baking is so fresh and tasty.😃

Their flowers and staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They make such lovely flower arrangements.
They have a wide variety of gifts.

Best flowers, customer service and choice anywhere near Red Deer! I come from Olds to get my flowers here. Weird location; in Skyway Medical Building but worth going out of the way to get your flowers! They also have a nice gift shop and great café and are open Saturdays. Talk to the amazing Courtney for anything flower related. Thanks for another great experience STEMS!!

Amanda pulled no stops to correct a miscommunication Canada Flowers had with Stems and put the client first. That's the sort of customer relations that will have me coming back to Stems. Next time directly to Amanda. Thank you so very much for correcting the order.

I went to pick up a flower delivery someone had sent for me, as I was out and about anyways. I must say that every interaction with Amanda was positive and lovely, right from the first voice-mail right up to leaving the store. You can feel that her heart and soul are in this business! My daughter who has autism was along and one of her very special interests is flowers. I asked Amanda if she had a discard flower that she could part with for my daughter. She took my daughter back to the refrigerator and gave her an entire bouquet of flowers. My daughter was beyond excited and it also warmed my heart as well! Highly recommend this business to everyone!

Staff here is very helpful and courteous. Went in looking for a specific color for a special occassion. The staff did all they could to help fill our order.

I walked in here with wrong door 😂 but staff were very kind i really appreciated. Also pretty big place with lots of little stuff. Pretty cool place to have a cup of coffee i guess. Loved it!

We were looking for a plant 🪴 for a 1 year memorial anniversary. We couldn't find anything we wanted, but we decided to stay for lunch at their little cafe in the corner. It was great! The 2 ladies there gave great service and were super friendly.
The sandwich 🥪 I had was very filling and like l would make at home.
This is a nice quiet place to have a coffee and/or lunch with a friend.

Oh my goodness, already 5 stars even after a single phone call! Such incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. I am so excited to see the bouquet they put together, and will definitely have my business for an upcoming wedding (and any other events to come) Thank you so much for making my day today!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Courtnee, our florist, really did an amazing job with our wedding. My wife and I were very impressed with her work. She was flexible, communicative and attentive to the small details. She executed our vision more than perfectly. She is very kind and it is easy to see she is very passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly wants her clients to have their best day! Can’t say thank you enough.

Unique gifts for special occasions

I got married during the stressful COVID times where my plans were constantly changing. Amanda was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process of date changes, location changes, etc. She also took allot of the stress away by providing me with great ideas and guidance. I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! I’ve now ordered other arrangements from her and I’m always pleased with them! I highly recommend Amanda and the STEMS team!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my sister at her work place. Her work place is very difficult to locate even with google maps but they accommodated me anyways and delivered them same day on time <3 the arrangement is truly beautiful and looks so professional and personal. They even tinted the roses blue for me because those are my sister's favourite. Really pleased with Stems and will be going to them for all of my Red Deer flower needs in the future! I have yet to try their coffee but I am sure it is as delicious as their flowers are beautiful!!!

Such a gorgeous place and fresh flowers ❤ Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. The flowers she gave me were lovely & worked perfectly for decorating my wedding cake, they lasted for a long time and stayed beautiful.

Amanda is an absolute te Angel!!! 😇 It was my Mom's 90th birthday today and she is ill and under quarantine in her group residence along with her 93 year old best friend, so I can't visit them or celebrate. She created, then delivered 2 gorgeous bouquets to the front of the of the main doors and it TOTALLY made their difficult month brighter! At a time when the world is under so much angst and worry, she brought artistic flair and love in the most classy way. I recommend this business to anyone who wants to send beautiful artistic bouquets with soul and grace. 🕊

I have received many dozen red roses over the years. I just received 2 dozen from Stems, and I have to say, I've never seen such beautiful flowers. They are fragrant, evenly cut, trimmed of leaves on the botton, kept in water, and perfectly wrapped up! They are the most lovely flowers I have ever seen. I would recommend anyone to invest in the quality and thoughtfulness Stems puts into their flowers.

Friendly staff. Unique items to browse. Biscuit was freshly made that morning and it was delicious. Surprising menu , bake goods, sandwiches, paninis, lattes etc
