We broke down in Nipigon and had to get towed to this ford. They were so welcoming and all the staff was very friendly. They took good care of us and ran an engine diagnostic when our check engine light kept coming on. They discovered the problem and were honest about not being able to get the part we need for a while. They recommended a diesel mechanic in Thunder Bay that would probably be able to get the part faster. We mostly spoke with Jamie and Ryan and they were both extremely helpful and accommodating.

We were traveling in Canada, a long way from home, and discovered a slow leak in a tire. We drove our Subaru into Brennen hoping we could fill our tire. Instead we got a warm welcome, an offer of coffee, a speedy repair, and a fair price. We were back on our way in no time. I can't say enough about the kind and efficient folks at Brennen!

I have been taking my car into Brennan Ford in Nipigon, Ont since I purchased it from there a couple of years ago and I have always been very happy with the service. I take it in twice a year just for checkup and maintenance. They always do a great job and the staff is always helpful, answering any questions I might have.

After our last terrible winter, it was discovered that there were problems with my brake pads and pitting. They got the parts quickly, it was fixed very quickly, and the bill was more than reasonable - certainly less than I was expecting. For anyone looking for fast, efficient service that won't break your pocketbook, I can't recommend Brennan Ford highly enough.

I travelled the hour (or so) to Nipigon to purchase my vehicle from Brennen’s and am so glad I did! The service I got from day one and continue to get is absolutely amazing. I reached out on Thursday and was driving less then 24hrs later with my vehicle delivered to Thunder Bay after 9pm on a Friday!! with the added bonus of a Full tank of gas.

Purchasing my new Ranger with Brennen Ford was a dream. I dealt with Evelyn who was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly ,and patient. I was upfront about shopping around and was prepared to have to really fight for a decent price, as I had already been dealing with a few other dealerships at this point. But the first quote I received was lower than anyone else and it was for the truck I WANTED. service was outstanding. She was so quick to answer any questions I had as this whole thing was done through email. And in the end it was delivered right to my door.

We recently purchased a new Ford F-250 and a Ford Escape at Brennen Ford in Nipigon. Greg and Evelyn were great to work with. Service Department is great also. Even with COVID restrictions, the transaction was smooth all the way through. If any questions where had, both Greg and Evelyn were quick to respond. Highly recommend

Brennen Ford was definitely my favorite dealership to vehicle shop. Never once did they try to sell me something i wasnt interested in purchasing. Hands down the best warranty ive ever came across!. Also added truck accessories at just about there cost! The Manager Evelyn was also patient with me trying to purchase a vehicle while traveling with poor cell reception. They gave me a fair trade in as other dealerships where trying get my 3/4 ton truck for next to nothing. As of now id purchase my next vehicle from Brennen Ford no problem.

From the very minute we arrived , we were met with smiles and very pleasant staff. Greg helped us immediately, to get us out for a test drive and was thorough in explaining as much as he could about the vehicle.

Recently bought my Ford Edge from Brennen Ford. We were handled very well by Dylan and his colleagues. Despite Covid19, the service was efficient, accurate, and he found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. 5 stars all day!

I was able to negotiate my vehicle sale over text message. Very convenient! They even delivered the vehicle to me to my workplace so I could avoid the drive to Nipigon. Excellent customer service and over all purchase experience.

This past Friday 11th of Oct 19, I had the pleasure of dealing with the sales team at A&D Brennen Ford in Nipigon. After initial conversations throughout the week, where I outlined what I was looking for and what my necessities were, Barry immediately got to work to find the vehicle to suite my needs.
I reached out locally to both the Ford dealership in Thunder Bay and in Dryden. Both had similar vehicles, however at the end of the day, Barry and his sales manager Dylan went to bat for me and made a deal I could not pass up.
Everyone’s vehicle buying experience is different. This one was epic for me. No pressure and exceeded my expectations.
When it came time to pick up the vehicle the lovely front office staff, Evelyn, Debbie and especially Joanne who entertained my 2 year old without even being asked! made both me and my busy toddler feel like family.
I hope to continue the relationship with this dealership for a very long time, as they made it the complete experience. In my personal opinion, customer service is king when buying a new vehicle and I am sure moving forward Brennen Ford will continue to offer the same approach to customer satisfaction as they put into the sale of my Ford F-150.
This is the very first Ford I have owned and my commute has just improved ten-fold.
