Boulevard Restaurant and Lounge

Food was good, I’d like to come back and try other items. Had the Tom yum soup, sesame chicken with Korean potatoes and crab Rangoon. All was enjoyed.

My husband & I visited Boulevard for the first time yesterday evening. Our entire experience was great! The food tasted phenomenal & the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality. We absolutely will return!

Our server Melanie was so fun and pleasant. She went above and beyond for us. All the food was amazing and service was fantastic.

5 stars for the firecracker shrimp, squid, and the Korean chicken and potatoes! I really want to go back to try more of their seafood. Also 5 stars for their lemongrass mojito and their ginger mojito!! So SO tasty!

Revamped delicious menu!!! I hadn't been to this restaurant in several years. I checked out the menu online noticed a lot of new options since my last visit. I was very impressed by the choices. My chefs seafood stew was perfection! Just the right amount of heat, and fresh seafood cooked to perfection.

We had our wedding here September 2/23. The food... I have no words to describe how delouse and beautiful it is. Boulevard did our buffet dinner and mid night snack (we did a hot dog bar) everything was hot and fresh, one of our guests asked even asked the kitchen at 1 am for more chicken :) I cannot thank this whole team enough for the wonderful job they did for our wedding if you ever need to host a wedding or Party this is the place to do it. Contact Tamara and her team they are so amazing.
also, the restaurant is very warm and comfy. We will be heading there for dinner on our next date night.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal that tasted this good!!
I ordered the pepper salmon stirfry with jasmine rice, I highly recommend this dish.

We where in town for Agri Trade and was staying at the hotel. We thought we would just stay in house to eat instead of going out on the town. All 3 nights the service was fantastic and the food was amazing .. A huge shout out to Rob who served us on Thursday evening .. extremely fantastic service. You must eat here! you wont regret it.

Tamara in Banquets was phenomenal in helping our organization navigate the planning of our event. She was always available to answer our questions and make adjustments to our needs as we planned.
Hotel and banquet supervisors and staff were incredibly professional and willing to go above and beyond for the needs of our planning committee and our registrants the day of the event. All the food and beverages during our event was simple delicious and plentiful servings.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your special events or even for a quiet time away from the grind of everyday life.

This meal was so delicious! The peanut sauce was to die for with the salad rolls appetizer... Like so good, you could just drink it by itself.
Follow that with the Thai Sirloin and the Chef Seafood Stew entrees! The culinary bliss just kept coming; both entrees were excellent! Flavorful and a feast for the senses. The sauce work was delicious with very lush flavors and beautifully cooked protein. All thumbs enthusiastically up!

Had a number of unique menu items. I LOVED the chorizo wings - most places have wings slathered in some sauce, these are deboned and stuffed. The Chipotle dip and bruschetta are further genius add-ons because of how the flavors interact. I'll definitely be back for these! Our waitress, Helen knew the menu quite well without looking at it, what the deals were and drink recommendations. Incredibly surprised for a hotel restaurant

One of my favourite reasons why I love coming to Boulevard, is the love and care that is put into every recipe and dish. It’s not just a meal they are making, it’s more than that. If you want somewhere that you want an amazing date night, or go w friends and family please go check out Boulevard. Amazingly fresh ingredients, dishes that make your taste buds scream and honestly the kindest staff. Chef Pete is not only the kindest person I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, but his recipes, dishes, and take on different types of cuisine is amazing!

So please go check out this amazing restaurant . I promise you will not be disappointed

We attended the New Year's Eve Gala, and it was amazing! The appitizers at the start of the evening were delicious and plentiful! The buffet was top notch! Prime rib with all the fixings, french onion soup, roasted veggies, mac and cheese (that I had seconds of!), Lemon Grass chicken, seafood curry, rice, and one other curry type dish that I had no room for 😔 And I'm pretty sure I've missed many more of the items from the buffet.
The live band at the beginning of the evening was amazing and had lots of people up dancing. Same with the DJ at the end of the night. We danced and danced!
The bartenders and the wait staff were also very friendly and quick!
I will be at the next one for sure!

When we arrived in Red Deer a friend mentioned how great this restaurant was. We were not disappointed. The menu options were not what you expect at a Holiday Inn's restaurant. I personally had the satay beef which was quite delicious and the others at our table thoroughly enjoyed several different entrees. We will be planning to stop here again when we're passing through.

I must say since moving to Alberta in 2013, I truly have not had a Restaurant prepared meal that has truly moved me and made me happy.
I am extremely picky and hate to be disappointed whrn i eat. So let me just say from start to finish, top to bottom & head to toe this place made my taste buds explode with enjoyment. My prime rib was rare and soft mealting like butter as my brain and mouth found food love. Then to top everything off we explored the Boulevard Creamy red velvet cheese cake with a lemon sauce. I am throuoghly impressed for the first time in a very long time.

Bison steak and fettuccine alfredo. Crème brûlée. All the food was fantastic and worth the price! Service was great and food came quick. Only deficit is lack of beer and whiskey selections.

Surprisely great food and service! Bonnie was really nice & worked very hard to make sure everyone was happy.

Great selection of choices, with an emphasis on a Thai kind of theme. Tried the shrimp and satay appetizers - they were great! Rest of the meal was just as good - overall a great first meal. Looking forward to breakfast and at least one more lunch/dinner here during our stay. Good food, service and prices - if you are staying in the Gasoline Alley - skip the fast food places and get a seriously good meal here!

What an amazing time. From the food to the staff my party of 8 girls had a great experience we will definitely be back. I appreciate the owner making me his famous tom yum ceaser as well. Something I strongly suggest go back on the menu!!

A must try! This hidden gem located at the bottom of the holiday inn has absolutely amazing food and service! The layout is gorgeous inside very modern feel with a absolutely phenomenal menu. Chef Pete has taken this restaurant to the next level! Top notch food and drinks with lots of variety! The menu has so much to offer you wish you could order it all! Absolutely tremendous!!!!! Thank you so much, we have found our new favourite restaurant in Red Deer.
