I always feel welcomed when I walk into Upper Canada Mall branch. The staff is friendly and patient. I'd like to mention lisa here.she has a lot of experience, always so patient to listen to you and help you to solve the problem. I am very happy with her service,thank you Lisa!

I am very happy to say that I have been dealing with the Upper Canada branch for well over 20 yrs. I have always received excellent customer service .
The branch manager, Jon, and his team have been very professional in service and advice .

This review is not for the bank or the branch and it is just for the outstanding service received from Sharon Herrera . I had been preapproved for a BMO MasterCard and one of the FSMs sent the paperwork and then I did not hear from her or BMO in 4 months. After calling and attending the branch she did not care enough to follow up and update me. Finally, a few days ago, I went to the branch to get a bank draft and talked to Sharon. Noticing my frustration, she promised me she would be on it and get the issue resolved. Few days later, she sent me an update and after a couple of days I received a letter from BMO that the card will be shipped soon.
