From start to finish my experience with this dealership was amazing. I had been looking to get into a bigger truck for a while now but I didn't feel comfortable with the other dealers I went to. The folks at Renfrew Chrysler were understanding, helpful and most importantly, honest. A breath of fresh air in the car-buying world. I traded in my older truck for a new Ram with all the bells and whistles for a pretty sweet deal. Definitely check these guys out if you're in the market.

Probably the best dealership I’ve been to in Ontario! I was looking for a very specific car with my friend who lives there (I’m from Calgary) to see if they had better selection than here! I hadn’t quite made up my mind so I didn’t go through with a deal, but I have never felt more welcome in a dealership before. I wish I would remember the name of the front desk and salesmen who I spoke to that day. Wonderful environment and beautiful cars!

I’m typically very wary of purchasing my vehicles from car dealerships, I hate getting over charged or spun in circles when I’m just trying to buy a car. However something has to be said for Renfrew Chrysler and their team!

I went in to just see the inventory not certain I was going to buy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such polite and professional service from the reception to the sales team. Not only did they have an astounding selection of inventory to look at, but I had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!! Definitely recommend coming here for your new vehicle.

If i might backtrack i have had 5 cars in 11 years, most beaters. my last car (from westend auto) when i picked it up no gas, no floor mats and had engine issues in 2 weeks. upon shopping i tried Car Canada they ran up my credit score by sending at least 6 requests for loans and lied to me about final numbers, i ran. So looked here.The team was amazing, meeted my needs and some. i have two referrals for them one is my mother. He worked outside of his hours to help get the deal done and this was hands down my best experience with a dealer and salesperson in 15 years. Mitch Hammell was also incredible to work with as he worked around the clock as well in order to facilitate what was needed to help make my process of purchasing a vehicle as smooth as possible.
