He helped out (andcstill helps) my 90yr old mother and my family when we did not know our trust anyone to help us sort out her finances and what to do. My advice, GO TO HIM! Good bank, clean and helpful personal enjoy them and use them, they have features alot of other banks don't offer as well as the added bonus of scene debit visa cards for a bank cars.

Just awful. Customer service is terrible, products are awful. Without informing me, they have canceled an account with a bunch or random 'fees', changed my credit limit, and did not inform me of a credit card expiry that can't be reinstated except before it expires.
