West Coast Fishculture (Lois Lake) Ltd

We smoked one of their fish tonight an it was virtually indescribably good. Awesome! We have been purchasing their fish for some time now and it has always been greatly enjoyed. Tonight we tried one thing different. We smoke a whole fish, I sliced the side of the fish both sides then dribbled lime juiced on both sides, then based it with olive oil and topped it off with Maple smoked Salmon Rub (Silk Road Spice Merchant) and Alderwood smoked sea salt (Again Silk Road Spice merchant). The fish was Steel head Trout from West Coast Fish Culture, never been disappointed. If you want to lock in something special this is it. Highly recommend this product, you will not be disappointed.

I've only been here shortly so I can't give the most accurate rating, but some of the people here are jerks

I worked at the processing plant for a month , bad choice to make on my part, did not go well. The Manager never had a single conversation with me the whole time I was there but we worked in the same room, an odd way to make an employee feel comfortable. Speaking of comfort even the management warned all new candidates there you will hate it. No heat at all, you will get wet and you will freeze. Disgusting low paying thankless work with no benefits...oh and it's 50km return drive at 6am.
