Just had the first service on our new heat pump, and a yearly cleaning of our gas fireplace. Alex Chifan certainly met the service bar for a Tempco employee. He was prompt, polite, prepared, and a did a thorough job. He was a pleasure to chat with as he worked on the fireplace. Thanks Tempco!

Happy with my new Pool heater installation, sales rep did a thorough site inspection and technician (John) did a nice job fabricating the pvc piping, gas fittings and electrical connections with Colin following up on the commissioning. Site was left clean and tidy.

Very pleased with our service today from technician Alex. He called to say he was a little delayed. We didn't mind at all as this showed he was going above and beyond at his previous job. We experienced the same high quality service, as new homeowners with infloor heating he fully explained this new to us system as he worked. We feel very secure now about our gas fireplace and heating system.

Tempco is a company that understands and delivers customer service. Early last week, my 6-year old system developed a troubling noise and I called my new service provider, Tempco. Within three days at most, I had a diagnosis from a technician. Within two days, they ordered, obtained, and installed a replacement part, restoring proper functioning. Each visit was on time and preceded by a quick call. There was a follow-up call a couple days later to check whether everything had been resolved. I feel very confident having Tempco on my side.

Earlier review: I switched to Tempco just a little over a year ago when my heat-pump installer showed no interest in responsive service. I've been extremely happy with Tempco's service and feel I can count on them as needed.

Our heat pump stopped working after the crazy wind storm we had. Mike was very persistent and figured out the problem. He was a delight to work with.

As always, a pleasure when arranging our annual heat pump service with Tempco. Both the office staff and the service personnel are the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. Can't imagine what we'd do without you!

Update 8 February 2024: We've been customers of Tempco for many years and they service our Mitsubishi heat pump each year.
Their service personnel are always professional, personable, and friendly, the recent experience with Alex being no exception.
Most importantly, our dealings with the company and it's owners always leave us with a smile on our face, we trusting them implicitly. One of Powell River's finest!

I bought my heat pump a year ago and Alex attended my home recently for its first servicing. He was personable, professional and answered all my questions. I have to say that Tempco has the best customer service I've ever experienced, seriously! I've had some bad experiences with other local companies not returning calls and showing up when they said they would. Tempco, you're doing everything right and I appreciate you!

My hot water tank tank stopped working on Easter Monday. So on Tuesday I called a few plumbers in my town and Tempco was the only company who was able to fix my tank. I was panicking because we live in a small town and the plumbers here tend to be a little passive with calling potential customers back (lazy to be honest). I had a couple of people tell me Tempco was a little pricey only to find out that is a rumor. Not only was the service unbelievable (36 hours after my tank breaks I had a new one installed) their pricing is the same as all the other plumbers in town. One last thing, the other plumbers I called still haven't called me back. Tempco has now won a customer for life and I'll be telling everyone I know about how great they are! Thank you Tempco for getting me out of a bad situation.

The Tempco staff and technicians could not have been more helpful, patient, friendly, skilled, or professional. Everything they promised happened in a smooth and timely. We could not be happier with our heating/cooling pump and the service was excellent.

Tempco recently installed a heat pump to replace our oil fired heating system. We were very impressed with every level of service from the front desk through to the installers. When the installation was delayed early this summer due to supply chain disruption they even loaned us an air conditioner to get us through the hot summer months. They booked three days for the installation and it was completed in two. The workers were professional and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed by the service. We would recommend Tempco to anyone.
