Suncoast Cycles

I have the highest praise for Suncoast Cycles and Josh. I was looking for a medium bike for my wife and there is a shortage everywhere. I live on the Sunshine Coast (Garden Bay) and none of the bike shops in Sechelt or Gibsons had any stock of decent bikes. We were taking a day trip to Powell River so I thought I'd contact a few shops. The other stores did not carry any stock but Suncoast had the perfect Trek bike for my wife. Josh answered all of my questions and even agreed to hold the bike until the next day to ensure it was in stock when we arrived. The customer service was excellent in the store and they worked with us to coordinate the timing for pickup. The bike was tuned up prior to pickup and the entire transaction was painless. My wife LOVES her bike and our experience with Suncoast was phenomenal. It makes us so happy when we have a positive experience from start to finish - we would definitely do business with Suncoast again. Highly, highly recommended.

Josh is my go to for bike parts & repair. He's always open to chat about options and never pushy about making sales.

Josh is super helpful and very passionate. He got the helmet I wanted shipped in from back east super quickly. Great service and had the other accessories I needed. Looking forward to shopping at Suncoast again :)

Fantastic service today for both my wife and I. Suncoast provided great service at a fair price and were very professional to tourists from out of town. Heading back this week to buy a couple of accessories and get them installed. Treated everyone that came into the shop with respect.

For 28 years I have told friends that this is the best bike shop... Period.
Last year Suncoast Cycles was sold, and as far as I can tell the new owner is doing an excellent job of maintaining the high quality of service, and reasonable pricing, that set Suncoast apart from the rest.

Very good service at this shop. We had to replace a broken kick-stand during our tour across north America and the staff managed to find the proper one and helped us installing it without notice as it requires some tricky adjustments. We recommend it warmly !

Fantastic, friendly service. We were on a 5 day bike trip and had a mechanical problem that we couldn't fix. Suncoast sorted it out for us right away so we could continue on
