Personally speaking, my flight got delayed by 12 hours and Ms Ruby from Mango Travel really helped me get me another flight that also within a few hours. They are one of the best travel agencies. Ruby has helped me booked the tickets twice and was very helpful in accomodating all my needs and getting me the tickets on the dates that i required with a very good package. Unlike other travel agents who take forever to reply, Ruby is not one of them. Whenever and at whatever time i had any question she was happy to answer and wqs very prompt at it.She is pro at what she is doing and i am happy that i found her to help me with my travel plans.
