Friendly staff, great service. The agent name Peter D'Urso was amazing and sweet. We were shopping around for a new stove and fridge. He offer us very good price and option for warranty as well. We got Free delivery, compare to Home Depot it was $69 for delivery fee.
We love our new LG stove. Great job Peter! We will be coming back here and telling our friends too.

We provisioned two washroom renovations out of the Castlefield Store. They were very helpful, professional and patient. Eden at the returns desk was very helpful in returning what we didn't use despite the shortcomings of the VIP system. I'd highly recommend the store, especially Mario in the tile section.

Purchased a Stylish single bowl undermount stainless steel kitchen sink for my newly renovated kitchen and I am so happy with the product and the way it looks like. My contractor was surprised with the look of it while installing it. Highly recommend this product.

This store reminds me of Lowes in the USA. Massive store with much more inventory than Home Depot. You will also find things here you will never see in Home Depot. For example: the plumbing department has thousands of items you can not get at Home Depot. This store is very clean compared to its competition. Ran into the door/millwork guy one day here. He knew everything about doors, I mean everything. It is hard to find that in the big box stores these days. This Lowe's is well managed and well staffed. It makes a world of difference shopping in a store where people actually care and this location gets my approval.

What stood out was their commitment to customer service - from helping me find the right paint color to explaining the best materials for my project, they went above and beyond.

This is my go to place for my home improvement. Good quality and competitive prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is the only one that I go to the customer service top-notch if you get a chance the assistant manager Sam is super nice and super helpful.

Received the best customer service by an employee named Susana. She went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I purchased a large outdoor table floor model. She took the time to wrap it ( to avoid scratches) and to secure it in our pickup truck.

This location had exactly what we need for our home project. All staff members were friendly and took the time to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. Shout out to the the lumber department, Joseph was awesome.

Najva in the window blind section at Castlefield store was great to deal with. She maintained excellent email communication. She even told me when the blinds would go on sale. She followed up by telling me when she would be available to go over my order. Excellent customer service especially from a big box store.

Good location and good staffs. I was given a very good service when I cannot find the item I am looking for from the shell, it turned out it is a pickup item from its front service desk.

I enjoy shopping at Lowe's.
Never a problem to find something or return it if not right. Staff always willing to help. We purchased blinds at the Steels Lowe's and had them cut. Unfortunately they didn't fit once we got them home. The blinds were not cut evenly. We went to the Lowe's on Heart Lake road and the lady in the blinds section was Super Amazing. I cannot recall her Name. Maybe Amanda? Brenda? I cannot recall her Name. She runs the Blinds Dept. She re measured our blinds again and recut them and corrected all 3 blinds for us. This Lady was super precise!!!! She is really Good at what she does. Amazing Customer Service. 👏 To the owner of Lowe's... it's hard to find great employees. Please pass on our remarks to this incredible lady.

I usually find myself going to the other place, as it's closer to my house.

Lowe's is just as good, it's essential if you use dewalt Lowe's is essential. And if you want great service even more so, I wish it was closer to home but definitly worth driving past big orange.

I was very pleased with the service received at this store. I was asked about 3 to 4 times if i needed any assistance from different people and departments. My last stop was windows and doors area and I dealt with David. He was very patient when I inquired about some windows and gave me a rough quote on the cost. Towards the end, I decided to book a free consultation quote with lowes - David set the appointment and got everything going. I was really happy leaving the store - as the employees do care and are always there to offer help!! Keep up the good work

Bought a faucet, the store quickly delivered on time. I booked the installation service (very reasonable price) and had to reschedule a few times for personal reasons and finally cancelled. Every time I got fast response and good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I recently bought 3 major appliances to go along with our kitchen renovation. I was fortunate enough to meet Isaac in Appliances who’d recently been transferred to this store (Caledonia & Castlefield).
I had been to several other big box box stores as well as Appliance specific store but I knew after 15 minutes with Isaac, he was the real deal - someone who is honest, informed and genuinely wants the best experience for his customers. He spent a great deal of time ensuring he could provide exactly what I wanted/needed at the best price.
I can’t say enough about how fortunate I feel to have found him!!
