I bought a Ram Promaster from Raman, great experience, no hassle, arsh waited 1.5 hours after closing as I needed the vehicle on a specific day to get retrofits. I was never asked to put up review. Fantastic service and a great deal!
This was my first car I’ve purchased in a very long time so I was naturally nervous, however Raman put my worries at ease. After a pre-purchase inspection uncovered a couple of minor faults, Raman worked on getting them fixed at no extra cost to the original asking price. I wouldn’t hesitate buying a car with him again, highly recommended!

Ray was very friendly, provided excellent service and gave me a great deal on the purchase of my first car. Whenever I had a doubt or concern he told me that his priority was on me having a "good buying experience" and would go out of his way to accommodate my requests or fix any issues, always giving me honest answers and assessments at all times. I always felt at ease and without any pressure on me to make a decision. I was nervous buying my first car and it can be difficult navigating the murky world of shady car sales people (who are often rude, impatient and unreasonable) and so I couldn't recommend the service of Ray and Samra Motors highly enough.

Although I didn’t buy the car at Samra Motors, I am still taking the opportunity to write a review here for someone who may be looking into buying a used car. Hoping that my review will assist someone out there who is looking for a genuine feedback and a pleasant experience of car shopping. My experience with Samra motors and it’s representative Mr. Ray Samra was exceptionally well. If you are shopping for a car you may know by now that car sales is commission based and car sales representative are very pushy and in your face trying to convince you for the buy. Many times the low points of the car are underplayed and overshadowed by high points of the car, convincing you that what you are looking at is the best of the best and you better buy it today before it is gone. However, my experience at Samra motors and with Mr. Ray was totally opposite. He never pushed us into a sales pitch, I never felt pressurized to put down the money. Never did I felt the unnecessary or necessary sales pitch. I was left to make my own decision on what I wanted and when I wanted. Mind you here that I went at Samra motors with a mindset to BUY and was willing to sign the documents. Mr. Ray was calm, super composed, asked us to test drive the car to our full satisfaction be it a 5 min around the block test ride or a 30 min long highway drive. To my surprise he did not even insist to come along with us for a test drive in order to talk or share brownie points about the car while we test ride it, like other dealerships do. All facts and figures were clearly explained along with car fax documents and current comparative market value of the similar cars on the market. Google and online data can’t lie and it came across that other dealership had pumped up their prices to significantly 4-5K on a similar car that I was looking at Samra motors. Without doubt I have to say that if you are looking for a non pushy sales, an honest car review and a pleasant car purchase experience on a quality car then you have to visit Samra motors and personal meet Mr. Ray Samra.

One of the wonderful experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I bought my first car from Samra Motors a couple days ago. Raman and his brother Arsh were very friendly and professional. Raman especially put in endless efforts in finding a car with a fair price and that almost looks like a new one. He is very knowledgable, kind and genuine.

A brief summary would be that they provide you with great customer service before buying the car, when you are selecting one and even after having bought it. Your problems will be dealt with just like a potential customers.

I bought a car from them on 8th January and right from Day 1, Raman has shown exceptional customer care. I was all over the place even selecting the car. He gave his honest opinion on what I should consider according to my budget and requirement . He wasn’t trying to sell me something extra or lure me into getting a more expensive car. He focused more on my needs than his sales or profit for that matter

People buying their first car, I strongly recommend this place to be your first choice. And those who are experienced in buying, I think you may wanna try out their customer service to see for yourself.

I took my time and wrote this long review because I personally visited more than 10-15 dealers before finalizing a car with someone. And after understanding how difficult it’s to buy a car and to make matters worse in the presence of people who are just pushing you to first work on the finances and everything even before you test drive the car.

It’s important for dealers like this to come in the spotlight because you get that sense of assurance with them that whatever happens, they are present.

My son just bought his first car from Samra motors , he is 16, it was probably the best experience buying a car that I have had. Ramon was kind , honest , and very helpful, we took the car to a independent mechanic, but did not need too , it was in great shape as advertised, would highly recommend !!!!
