I am very happy with the service i received from Edgar and Sean. We did alot of the paperwork before i got there. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Limited. There were a couple sensor lights that he wrote in the contract he would fix at no cost to me. He also saved me quite a bit of money the more we talked the more money I saved which I greatly appreciate. When I was driving the vehicle home I opened the moonroof and it stopped working luckily for me it was a dry night out long story short Edgar assured me that he would fix it at no cost to me. Right now that’s exactly what’s being done they had to replace the whole moonroof and he’s paying for all of it. I have bought many cars from used car dealerships and I’ve never experienced the service that I did at absolute. I highly recommend Edgar and Sean and their whole team . Everybody knows it’s scary buying a used car but I feel that Edgar is honest and he’s demonstrated that to me throughout the whole process. Purchasing a used car must be high on the list of stressful, anxiety-producing financial tasks. I had a really good experience in this dealership compared to the other dealerships I've been to in the past. They were helpful, kind, and cared about my situation. I was able to finance for the first time all because of Michael Woo and Edgar. Edgar really made it happen for me and went out of his way pushing and talking to the banks for me, so BIG Ups for Edgar! I am very happy with my 2010 Mercedes C300. Although I hope they were more aware of the minor issues in the car that I later found out about myself, which is no problem because a second hand car won't be perfect. Thank you guys.

I had been looking for a fuel efficient sedan for quite some time. In an effort to find one I was satisfied with, I went to several dealerships in the area. Unfortunately, I had no luck at any of them. From my experiences, the listed prices were very steep with no wiggle room and the sales staff at those places were extremely pushy. I was driving up Fraser Highway and actually on my way to another dealership when I saw Absolute Motor Cars with various sedans parked in their lot. Naturally, I thought I would go take a look. I was greeted by friendly staff, particularly Shawn, Dragos, and Edgar who actually took the effort to ask what I was looking for instead of directing me toward the cars listed as "Specials". All three were exceptional to deal with and very reasonable. They did everything they possibly could to settle on terms that satisfied both me, the buyer, and of course them, as the seller. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Absolute Motor Cars to those looking for reasonable prices, friendly staff, and excellent customer service.
