Cherise in financing is the only reason this place gets more than one star. Sales manager Michael was pushy and uninformed of the truck I was planning on buying. Didn't know if it was a body life or suspension lift (it was a body lift), said it had never been smoked in (it had a cigarette burn in the front seat), and was pushy about putting a deposit on it.

After multiple calls a day from him for three days, even though he was aware I was unable to answer my phone while at work, I went back to collect my deposit. He was rude and dismissive.

Update: Michael has since left, and is working at another dealership in Abby (Car Avenue). Check out their reviews: just like when he was at GP, most reviews are written by those with only 1 review, and all use his full name. Seems fishy

Worst customer service ever. Both owner and sales representative dont know how to deal with customers. Owner himsef gets defensive about questions and tells you “take it or leave it” when he has nothing else to say.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! STEER AWAY. I URGE ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY TO AVOID THIS GOD FORSAKEN SO CALLED "DEALERSHIP"
