Dr. Nagra has helped me solve a medical problem I’ve had for years. He is very skilled, right to the point and caring. Not sure why other reviews claim the front staff are not good....personally I find them professional, pleasant and easy to joke around with. Can highly recommend this clinic

I have telephonic appointment with Dr Saleem Nagra today and after conversation he called me right away for physical apointment .
After checkup he booked surgery with hospital.
It is great ,quick and quality of service provided by Dr Nagra office.

Best doctor I ever saw

I was referred to this clinic by my family doctor to remove 2 pimples/cysts I have on my back. I came on time and waited about 25 minutes to be received by Dr. Nagra.

While waiting, I see the doctor receiving a patient at the door of his office/check-up room (literally, no closed door to ensure privacy as many people - me included - prefer to not be heard while explaining their medical issues). I could hear him asking the patient to show the area affected and asking if it hurts here or here (so he's obviously touching the skin to know where it hurts). The doctor came out with the patient without his lab coat, wearing only his casual outside clothes. This surprise is that he calls my name right after finishing with the previous person, and takes me inside the small room to check on me WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. He asked me to take off my top so I did, then he started touching the pimples/cysts I have, BARE HANDS WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES NOR A MASK!! I asked if he should be wearing gloves before touching my back again and he said "Oh I used alcohol" which I never saw him doing.

Worse, he asks me to lie down on the bed this time. I see new paper covering the bench without shrinks so it means it's clean. I lie on my chest for him to check (all he was doing was pressing so hard on these pimples/cysts without his gloves on and without considering it may pop out on his face). He finally finishes his checkup and asks me to get up. To my surprise, I see blood on the bed and thought OMG I did bleed and didn't notice. NO! IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE'S BLOOD UNDERNEATH THE FREAKING PAPER THAT THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN!!! Now I have this dirty blood on my chest. I ask for a paper with alcohol and he gave me sanitizer saying "I think they just forgot to clean it properly", as if it was something very simple to which he was very used to.

After, he tells me they will only charge $400 instead of $600 that others charge. And to convince me, he calls another lady to ask her how much the other clinics charge? And there was her too acting with him saying "Oh yeah they charge a lot compared to us". What a weird way to bring people back and convince them to do the surgery at his place...

This would be my first very bad hygienic situation here in Canada. I had never seen something like this before. This clinic should be inspected.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. All the staff including the doctor are absurdly rude and obnoxious. They have no manners and no courtesy. I am not going back to this place ever again. I asked my doctor for a new referral to another doctor for my dad as I do not trust l Dr. Nagra to operate on a small cyst.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINC. Worst doctor ever. First he left a stitch in head at the time of stitch removal. When she went to get it taken out. He used his phone light to remove it. Which doctor in this country do a procedure with a cell phone light.

Also their appointment time means nothing. If they book you in for 12:00pm they would see you at 1:30pm. Everyone in their waiting room was so frustrated.

I wish I could have given zero star . The worst doctor and the worst staff I have ever seen. Long waiting time even after appointments. The doctor did my brother’s surgery incomplete and told us that after 1 month of surgery. Really disappointed and the staff is very rude and non professional. I recommend stay away from this place.

They have a new doctor at this place, Dr Kari.
We went to register and I wasn't impressed at all. When we arrived we said we wanted to register, we were told to sit down, not sure what was going on, were they going to hand us some paperwork to complete - I had no idea. After 20-25 minutes of waiting they finally took our care card numbers. The receptionist didn't offer us an initial appointment to see the doctor, I had to ask - I really thought that would be in their basic workflow when on-boarding new patients so the doctor could see if she wanted to take us on and vice versa.
So, the office was run down, dirty and very chaotic. The front of office staff were, as reported by others, rude and unprofessional. The reception area was full of plastered notes saying "do this, don't do that", I thought, I'm not going to read all of that. There was nothing welcoming there, I didn't find it to be a safe environment at all, depressing colours, like God's Waiting Room. It made the worst NHS facility look like Buckingham Palace.

I wish I could have give no star . Worst service ever . Doctor and staff really irresponsible and unprofessional. Long waiting time no point of appointments still u have to wait 2 hrs after appointment. They did my son’s surgery incomplete and told us after one month . I really regret coming to this place and would recommend others to please stay away from this place . Worst worst worst place

If there is zero 0option for star would never ever hesitate to give them. Worst experience, we went there first time and we know masks are required in some medical clinics and we ask for mask, receptionist said oh we are going soon out of mask its not our fault, you guys should update your expenses list and order more if you are going out of it, the way she thru mask on desk its so un-professional. Dr. Should talk to their front staff, and teach some etiquette, manners. How to provide customer service to clients. Even 3 year old kid know how to provide things to others but theirs receptionist not. And there is not time management, if we booked appointments on time they should took patients in on that time, not after 1.5hour of their original appointment. Everyone’s time is crucial. So rude staff. Un-professional front desk.

Not a good clinic at all!!! The doctor did my friend’s surgery incomplete. The staff was very rude and unprofessional as well. I highly suggest people to stay away from this clinic.

I agree 100% about the front end staff. They are very unprofessional and rude. I was going to this doctor for surgery and if I would have known what I was in for I would have gone to another doctor I have never been to a doctor's office and not have a nurse take you into the room. The doctors tell from the rooms "next patient" and then the MOA's say a name. I had an appointment at 10:30 and did not get in until 12:10. I only got in because the doctor saw me waiting. He then proceeded to complain about his staff.

This is the worst UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office ever. The ladies "receptionists" don't have any people/phone skills whatsoever. Which is extremely important especially if you work a front desk position. You automatically are the face of the office and should represent it with professionalism. They talk with very little respect and make you feel uncomfortable. I had to cancel my appointment because I was treated with disrespect. I don't know the ladies name but she has a thick accent. Before she goes yelling at people maybe she should go to school to learn a thing or two about MOA and professionalism in a working environment. I don't recommend this doctors office to anyone for any kind of treatment. If you want to be treated with disrespect and get yelled at then go see them!

I will not recommend this place .staff is very unprofessional and rude . After making appointment you still have to wait for hours .
