I am so happy with my new stone countertop that was recently done by Stone Age at a very reasonable price. I am so impressed with the whole process from the confirmation of the purchase that was immediately backed by the staff communications and clarification of the details, precise measurements using modern tech laser gadgets, up to the installation schedule and completion of the installation. It is so amazing to see that the new quartz countertop and sink just blended perfectly and upgraded my old kitchen cabinets, thanks to Stone Age staff who were very professional. I highly recommend Stone Age.

I typically only comment on good or bad reviews.. this will be a very good review. Right from sales to installation, they were professional. Pre-sale selection was helpful, a quote after onsight measurements was accurate, communication was good, and the actual installation was by true craftsman. The end result was beautiful and my wife loves the start of her new kitchen.

Braden and his team are absolutely on it from start to finish! Look no further if you require a stone fabricator. Easiest contractor to deal with during our full gut renovation. Beautiful product and measurements and fit up that a machinist would be happy with.

These guys are top-notch! We had a minor issue with our countertop and they resolved the issue without hesitation. We were blown away as that kind of commitment to one's product is rare to come by these days. I highly recommend Stone Age!

Braden and his team installed all of our counter tops as well as installing Neolith and granite on our fireplace in our retirement home in Lake Cowichan.
Our builder deals exclusively with Stone Age Marble due to the quality of craftsmanship and the unlimited time they will spend on ensuring the best product is chosen for his clients. Stone Age were patient, gave us great advice on the many products they carry, sent us photos and lent us products without hesitation. They were very flexible and accommodating with changes we needed along the way.
We would also highly recommend them for affordability - Braden made every effort to keep our costs down while ensuring we picked the best materials for our needs. We love the finished product and have received lots of compliments.

I've just become a customer with Stone Age Marble and so far, I'm impressed!!! Great staff!!! Giovanni, the owner, called me this afternoon to explain why an adjustment to what we wanted would have to be made due to the porcelain counter we've ordered from them and a farmer sink we ordered from another place. He suggested my husband & I come over when we could this afternoon, so we could visualize what the problem was and the adjustment. He was willing to wait for us, if necessary, if we couldn't get there before they closed! He clearly cares about his customers getting the best service and the best final product. In the end, what he clearly suggested made much more sense aesthetically and taking the materials we were working with into account. Everyone at Stone Age Marble has a very relaxed, friendly and good sense of humour attitude. Can't wait until our porcelain counters arrive!!! :-)

From the very beginning to the very end, working with the people that we did at Stone Age to get our beautiful porcelain counters, was an absolute pleasure. There was no stress, no worries. Everything was delivered and done when we were told it would be. Customer service was impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stone Age Marble.

Sure, it's important to have a good product selection, which Stone Age has, but what good is the product if it's not accompanied by support & great service? If the latter is important to you, then I urge you to deal with this company. They sincerely care about the products they sell, the installation process & their service provision. If you want to deal with personable professionals, Stone Age is for you. Be advised that great work takes time so if you're looking for expediency, go somewhere else - I'm sure they'll fine without you because of all the other folks who'd rather a meticulous approach to their projects & service provision.

We found Stone Age to be a professional outfit.

Working with Jackie we found just the right Neolith and a coordinating piece of granite to top it as facing for our new fireplace (on 3 sides.) The person who measured (sorry, I forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and precise. Rob and Derek did a great installation and left the area clean. Administration was smooth, too.

Stone Age just completed an installation on my fireplace hearth and it looks amazing, These guys were total pros and were super easy to work with and the quality of the product and installation was excellent. I highly recommend as I'm both a contractor and homeowner.
