Jayson is definitely a 5 star agent. He hung in there with us as long as it took for us to get our stars aligned to be ready to sell and when we decided to enter the market, he helped us with every facet imaginable. Helping us to stage our home, get our landscape ready for professional photography. Having a professional photo and videographer showcase our home, getting a professional draft for a floor plan for the listing. Posting a For Sale sign as soon as possible. His communication was exemplary. Weekly updates and feedback after showings and open houses. Weekly updates on what the current market statistics were to help us understand how our home fit into what was going on in Real Estate. When the market shifted he was on top of what needed to be done with marketing to generate leads and momentum. We listed our home during a downturn in the market but Jayson was able to negotiate for us with a multiple offer situation and not only get us our best price but an accepted price over our listing price.
