Incredibly satisfied customer here! I called yesterday about tires and an alignment, they called around to find me what I needed! Gave me good advice and even sqeezed my alignment in. (Which they really did not have time to do) I absolutely would recommend coming here for all your tire needs! Thank you KAL Tire our van looks so great in her new tires!

We needed new winter tires asap to continue on with our trip to see family at Christmas and Dave and his staff took us in right away and got us back on the road in no time. They also stored our old tires for at least a couple weeks until I could come pick them up. Very polite, very helpful..........overall great service.

Great service, friendly staff. They knew my name after just one visit. They are always helpful and ready to chat while serving you at the counter. They go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. They don't only do tires either, I've also had brakes, oil changes, and hub replacement done there. (In Ontario, my Kal tire, only does tire install, rotation, and seasonal switches. There is no mechanic.)

I was headed to Hanna on a business trip and I was CERTAIN something was wrong with my left tire. I turned into 3 hills and took my vehicle to the closest mechanic I could find, I was so fortunate to have come here. Despite the fact that I was not able to be very descriptive, this team checked my tires air pressure and retorqued them. Then just to be sure they took it on a test drive and took my vehicle into the garage and checked the control arm. I can’t explain what I felt in my vehicle, but everything was good to go and despite the fact that I did waste their time, they were incredibly understanding and didn’t make me feel like a big dummy. This team is incredible and I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much for your help today!!

Unbelievable service…. Outstanding people(the best) This is the best tire shop in Alberta! They are always willing to go over and above and do it with a smile on their face. I will continue to drive from over an hour away to get my tire service done in Three Hills. Thank you for being awesome!!

After collecting 7 tire quotes it was Kal Tire that offered the lowest quote.

They did a wheel alignment and installed 4 new truck tires in 2 hours and the quote was honored.

Kal Tire in Three Hills, Alberta is underrated. I'm not exaggerating when I say 5 stars is not enough. Twice I've been there now and my experience has been nothing short of fully informative, friendly, professional and all around valuable. My old work van is driving great. I'm happy to give them my money.

Kal tire in Three Hills, Alberta, got me in without an appointment. The staff were pleasant very, knowledgable and Professional. I was very satisfied with the service I got.

I needed to have my winter tires swapped for the summer tires that Kal Tire had in storage for me. They were quick and efficient and looked after replacing bolts and nuts (no charge), checked my windshield wipers, advised me that the winter tires would do for another season.
Service was greagt.

On Wednesday July 8th, I had an appointment with Three Hills Kal Tire to get an oil change. The lady I spoke with was very nice. She asked me if I wanted synthetic oil and I said no. I would like high mileage oil as my car is old and lots of Kms. Okay! Went to appt. and done very quickly. I went to pay and said this is the cheapest I have had to pay?? Wondering why? She checked my previous bill and said it was the same oil. 5 w 30! I said I am confused. I wanted high mileage oil?? I said it’s okay I will pay my bill! Still confused?? Then I get home and get a call from the owner. He said, I hear there was some confusion about your oil change?? I said yes, but my fault as I misunderstood synthetic oil!!! He said well why don’t you come back tomorrow and we will swap out your old oil for synthetic, at no charge!! I was amazed!! Super customer service!! I really appreciated the call and concern from him! Went there Thursday and said I hope I didn’t get anybody in trouble. Meaning the ladies. They were both so apologetic and understanding. Even though I admitted it was my fault!! No problem they said! I would totally recommend this Kal Tire Service Centre to anybody!! Thank you Kal Tire!! Impeccable customer service!! 5 star rating!!

The staff was super busy during my visit but they made me feel like I belonged and that my business was important to them. They really deserve an ‘excellent’ rating in the customer service department. PJ and Jim really care about the people they serve, even us out of town folk. Well done to the en-TIRE staff!!!!

No appointment was required , had a low tire on my mother's avalanche . Really hoping we got the correct back tire. If not I will be in next week to get the other one checked! Excellent service. Thank you Bob, Jim & Pj, you operate a great shop !

Friendly service! Call them before you drive to the city and shop around at Costco. They offer well-reviewed tires and have the added convenience of a fast and helpful local business at competitive prices.

To prepare for the crazy snow storm this past week I put my winter tires on. Well 3/4 winter tires as one of the nuts on one of my summer tires was seized. I made the drive to Three Hills and arrived at Kal Tire as they opened the had my van in and done fast! Everyone was very friendly and I won’t hesitate going back there. That will be the place that I buy my next set of tires as well, their service is just that awesome!
