MoJo Garden Center and Diner

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the new additions to the diner since our last visit. We went for the Sunday Brunch. The food was fresh and delicious. Great selection and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and we enjoyed the homey atmosphere. I was able to purchase local unpasteurized honey, a succulent plant and a Christian music CD for gifts. Real whipped cream topping and the special honey to go with my tea, were some of the other perks offered. We will definitely be back for the food, service, location and unique gifts available. Frozen meals are also available.

After a long day of driving we decided to stop in here for a bite & we were pleasantly surprised. Everything is homemade & fresh! Not only was our food highly delish I got a stack of made in house freezer meals for those busy running kids days.. as well as some seeds for my garden - talk about one stop shop! The staff were beyond welcoming & we will go out of our way to stop here next trip, very very pleased.. Pic2 : that is a huge bearpaw holding that burger & it filled him!

Did not realise this was a diner after driving past it for a few years. Decided to check it out last week and glad we did. All day breakfast and mushroom burger were amazing.

Saw this place every week driving by. Decided to stop in with my grandma.dor breakfast.
Food, service, and price, were all 5 stars.
One of the best meals I've had in a long time, and I was able to buy gifts for other family members while I was there.

In a world of prepackaged frozen food and industrialized growing methods you know you found a gem when tomatoes come in a pail from the greenhouse.

First time trying the food. We would definitely order again. The delightful lady that answered my call was friendly and helpful. The food was ready right on time for our pickup, and piping hot.

I came in and lingered way too long studying about a dozen times while ordering food. I had to leave a comment after I seen all the negative reviews. I am fairly picky when it comes to food. I seen a health advisory but it seems like things got turned around after something that very well could have been a hiccup. I think it matters more how a business admits and solves a problem rather then denying any issues on customers or other things (not to mention a small local business). I ordered way too much food so I didn't seem like a total burden sitting at a table for 6 hours. Again, picky but the burgers/ old school milkshakes are amazing. I ordered way too many. Like freshly made home made style actually looks like the photo kind of burgers. I was surprised because I stopped by near the time of some of the negative reviews and had such a different experience. Makes me think it's not about the place/food but people's personal issues bubbling up towards staff or the owners. I only noticed the reviews after I was on maps trying to find it. I need to know who thought to write a negative review about hard sunday sprinkles...

We stop here as often as possible in the summer.
Fantastic plants, flowers and service is amazing!
Food is great. "Real" food,. No pre-packaged, plastic stuff.
Would highly recommend!

Best HOMEMADE restaurant food in the county! Their homemade jam is so good I could eat it by the spoonful!! All the food is made fresh & locally sourced where possible. There's a nice selection of flavored creamer's for your coffee. You can purchase farm fresh eggs, assorted baked goods, items from the freezer including pies and canned goods made by the owner.
The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.
The restaurant has a nice "Country Feel" to it & is decorated with a variety of crafts made by locals, which can purchased at a sensible price.
During the summer the Greenhouse is a great place to support the local economy. They have a nice variety of plants, perennials and trees. *** I was having an impossible time finding an annual after another Greenhouse went out of business. They were able to find the seed and grow it for the gardeners that were missing this annual!! ***
In December there was a Craft Sale in one of the Greenhouses. It had a great selection of items to choose from.

We LOVE this place.

For a family friendly, cozy, delicious home-cooked meal, this is where you need to go.

The place is nothing fancy but it feels so homey, especially if you’re more of a country person.

We’ve been for their thanksgiving dinner and Mexican night and the food is hands down the best food locally. You can tell everything is made from scratch and the care that goes into making everything.

Their prices are amazing and makes it affordable for a family night out. My toddler had a cheeseburger slider the last time we were there and I can’t believe how fast they cooked it and it was so good!

10/10 recommend this place. I’ve also been told their breakfast is fantastic as well!!

Love the multi greenhouses, healthy looking plants, fair pricing. Ordered food to go on the way out ... home made fries and best burger ever. Side of garlic ribs was great too. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. I will be back regularly.

My partner and I make a habit of coming to Mojo's whenever we are passing through. The fries here are the best we've had anywhere, and the hamburger patties are fresh, hand-pressed, and taste like a summer back yard BBQ! So good! Often, if we aren't totally STARVING, we will order one main dish and the staff are happy to split it into two plates for us, since the main dish portion is enough to feed both of us. I like to think I'm a moderate to big eater. They sell home-made pies, soups, jams, and pastries sometimes. They also have hand-made gifts for sale around the shop and lots of cute plants. They have brain-teaser puzzles at the tables to pass the time while you wait for your order (which won't be long). The coffee is pretty great too; often coffee is pretty acidic to me but the coffee here is mild on my stomach and I wish I knew what made it like that 😲 Washrooms are clean, lots of parking, temperature inside is good, would call ahead about accessibility if you have a mobility issue because I think there's at least one step you need to get up to go inside. The staff are wonderful, I recommend this diner to anyone I meet who's travelling north of Edmonton.

This is my new favourite garden centre. They had plants that I have gone to about a dozen other places looking for them. Chickens run free, the people are genuinely wonderful and the food (especially the pizza) is fantastic.

We live in the area and often order for pick up or go for Sunday breakfast. The food is excellent home style cooking and the best kind of people. Try their food and support some locals.

Also sell assortments of baking and desserts you can tell people that you made it your self

Drove out here on the recommendation of a friend; and did NOT regret it. It's a small, family owned restaurant where everyone seems to know everyone's name. The milkshakes are to die for, the portions are huge and by the end of the meal we knew we weren't eating for the rest of the day! The waitress (whom I suspect is also the owner) has a great sense of humor and really made the whole experience. We will be back again!

This place is a hidden gem! You can eat yummy homemade food and get all of your garden goodies at the same time. There are 3 greenhouses and everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful.

Really nice place. Sort of a weird atmosphere but a homely weird. Very generous portion sizes and well priced. Food quality was delightful.

We were there a hour ago and the people there are very nice..the young guy serving us was very nice .. Excellent job....Great food ....bought few frozen items...Recommend everyone to try the restuarant....
