Close to where I live, but more importantly it's in a mall which is really useful when you want to buy anything. Also they have nice service (not racist either like the other review stupidly says, am white) and I want to switch banks to Tangerine but this specific location is the main thing holding me back so far. That and there seem to be 10 times more cibc bank than Tangerine here in Toronto.

This bank is my home branch since I was 16. I'm now 38. Service is always courteous when you get there but for the last few years there're NEVER enough tellers.. the line is so long and wait times are totally unacceptable. Banking shouldn't take all evening when people work all day.
