Staff are always friendly and Dr Keay is the most thorough and nicest doctor I’ve ever had. It feels like he really cares about you and reassures you when somethings wrong. 5/5 usually always pretty fast there!

I love the front staff - super friendly ! And you know who's a fantastic doctor ? James Keay ! I switched to him when my daughter was born and couldn't be happier with our decision.

Excellent physicians at Associate Medical Clinic. I'm told it's not the preferred clinic for the local druggies wanting a quick no-questions asked prescription that will stop their twitching for a while. But they can go to the quacks in the old liquor store one block to the Northeast for that garbage. Associate Medical is the place in Westlock to go if you actually want skilled physicians who'll treat an illness rather than just medicate whatever symptoms you blurt out though.

Never had so many different “family doctors “ in my life than once I gone to this clinic. I’d get one female family doctor for bout a year then they never gave me notice and changed her told me she was out on mat leave. Then a few months later that female doctor quick and was hired somewhere else. Then was assigned to another few doctors who were rude and then the appointment wait list if you have a concern is 4-6 wks. I’m sorry but a flu /cold is already over by the time my doctor appointment comes up. It’s disgusting and very unprofessional. With this type of service why doesn’t westlock just do up a few medicentre instead. Save the hospital for emergencies, not flu/cold etc help.

I had a very disappointing experience during my first appointment with my newborn on the afternoon of March 23. Without previously being informed that I had to arrive 15 minutes early for weigh-in, I arrived to my appointment on time and was immediately met with a receptionist who gave me flack for being late. This was after being flustered and overwhelmed as a first time mom after a long drive and struggling with my newborn’s car seat. The woman working in the back was extremely rude and condescending until she spoke with another employee who confirmed that we were not at fault. I have never been spoken to or treated so poorly by a healthcare professional in my life. She has no business working in this profession if she treats patients this poorly. It was such a terrible experience that I am considering finding a new family doctor, despite loving my doctor at this clinic. My appointment went well with my doctor, as they always do, and the second receptionist who saw us out apologized and was very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, it did not make up for that backroom worker’s bad attitude and terrible treatment.

Saw the new doctor in town, Dr. Matthew Do Rego and I was not impressed. He was an hour late and made no apologies, if I had known he was that far behind I would of rebooked instead of missing an hour out of my work day. When he did finally deem me with his presence he talked over me constantly and would not listen. It's upsetting, but there are no other doctors accepting new patients in town so I guess I have to see him in three months (he also shortened my refills, and I got more information FROM MY PHARMACIST then him).
