Canalta Hotel

This is a well kept place with great breakfast and large clean rooms.

I arrived very early and was able to not only check in but was offered breakfast that was getting put away, the lovely lady working made me feel very welcome and was amazing. We ended up having a minor emergency and needed to checkout at 6pm the same day. The young man on nights was also very pleasant and didn’t charge us for our stay. The service was way above and beyond what I would expect. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area. Even if I wasn’t able to check in early or was charged full rate I would have been happy. The staff was friendly, smiling efficient and able to make took care of my needs proactively.

Was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a hotel. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Rooms cleaned daily. Wish all hotels would be as amazing as this one!! Thank you guys for making our stay amazing!!

The staff here at CanAlta Provost are truly amazing! It makes working out of town a bit easier when they treat their guests so nicely.

The continental breakfast is easily top tier. Rosie does a wonderful job setting that up. She evens spoils us with different types of waffle batter mixes.

Can’t say enough good things about them! The cherry on top is the popcorn machine, movie theatre quality!

First impression: Dan at the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and chatty. We exchanged pictures of our cats. I am not used to that kind of openness and genuine interest from hotel front desk staff and I have done a lot of travel for work! So thank you Dan.

Room: super clean, very comfy, thermostat worked, very pet friendly (1st floor only for pets). Quiet hotel despite being busy. Nice toiletries.

Breakfast: 11/10!! When they say they care about serving a high quality hot breakfast they really do mean that. Delicious waffles, eggs, sausage, hot hash browns, stations for toppings (and lots of them),baked goods, the usual breakfast carbs, yogurt, more. Coffee, tea, etc. Wowee! Bonus: there is a butter popcorn dispenser in the lobby.

Some hotels I have stayed at advertise continental breakfast and they greet you with mediocre toast and green bananas. This was terrific not just in comparison to other places but like, in general. Fiancé also enjoyed the food a lot. Thanks staff. :)

Thank you for a wonderful visit and experience at your hotel. The most impressive was the friendly, personable staff. They greeted us like they had known us for years. They were delightful. Friendly, helpful, gracious, and connected with us like family. It was so welcoming. The little 'extras' were noticed also. We were given free popcorn, coupons to use at a local restaurant, quality personal care products, and an amazing complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was exceptionally good and there was lots of choice. I was particularly impressed with how the food was monitored to make sure everyone got 'the good stuff', there was no or little wasted, and it was maintained hot and fresh for each 'stage' of the guests coming down for breakfast. The breakfast attendant was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough of how happy we were with our stay. It was great value for the price. Thank you.

Very comfortable pillows and beds. While I normally have problems sleeping on the road, I’ve never had that issue at the Canalta chains

We stay here every couple weeks throughout summer for work and always love coming back to the pillows and beds here! The lady that maintains the breakfast always says good morning and does a great job with the food. Rooms are always super clean and Bella always great to check in with and always got the popcorn goin after 9! Thanks for the great stay as usual. 🤘
P.s.also always got the great handmade sign up front

We were in Provost for a youth baseball tournament. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was always pleasant and welcoming. Our rooms were roomy and the showers had some power to the water - not just a drip :-)

This was our second time at the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Great stay, breakfast was good, we came back to the room about 9:30, they had a popcorn machine but it was empty, so the the Gal on reception made a new batch for our granddaughters.

Service is excellent, Rosee’s continental breakfast is unbelievable. I enjoyed staying at a hotel where they really take care of their guests!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the room. The breakfast was very good as well and we really appreciate it the real coffee versus an automated hot drink machine, which is what so many hotels have these days.

I have done a bunch of road trips to small towns, this was definitely was the cleanest and more comfortable hotels I've ever been in for a small town. Pleasantly surprised! Staff seemed happy to be there and cared about their work 👍

I have stayed at this hotel every week for more than 2 years now. The staff are always awesome and the rooms are great. Any issue I've ever had was resolved almost immediately and I have nothing negative to say at all. Over 100 stays and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Our first time at a Canalta hotel, and we were very impressed. The room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean and neat. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was impressive in quality and selection. 10 out of 10.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Great breakfast too! My daughter forgot her stuffie so we went down to see if there was an off chance thaey had something for sale that would help get her to sleep. Kim opened up a treasure box full of little toys, free of charge! My daughter was very happy with her new my little pony and had a great sleep!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of options and the ‘hot’ food was fresh and hot.
