LOVE my new Pedego Latch 2! I had a great experience at Pedego Toronto, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an e-bike. Owen and team were welcoming, extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions. There was no high pressure sales pitch - they just helped me work out my needs. I also really appreciate the fact that I'll be able to take my bike directly to a dealer location for service and support. Really glad I didn't just buy something online.

The bike itself - perfect for me! Folding, not absurdly heavy, and terrific range. I test-rode a couple of other brands before dropping by the store. For me, they were all way too heavy and bulky. The Latch 2 is exactly what I wanted.

I bought my bike on the 13th of June. It's been 1 month and the customer service has been absolutely superb. Stumbling on Pedego was an accident. I was looking to purchase a bike and put bike store in my Google Maps. At the time I was in the vicinity of this store and it popped up. I spent some time at the store and within a couple hours decided on buying the element. Ben and Evan answered all my questions, helped me pick out the best bike that would suit my Lifestyle needs. Owen is absolutely fantastic! He customized my hitch so I could attach a trailer, he's helped me understand my bike, it's mechanisms, and it's operations. One day after I purchased the bike I messed up the fork, not only did the warranty cover it immediately but my bike's Fork was also replaced on the spot.. This bike dealership has been amazing to do business with.. And Owen is a fantastic manager and very knowledgeable about all things bikes!

After learning about Pedego bikes from several sources, we finally called Toronto Pedego and told Omar that we were coming to Toronto from a distance on Monday.
Even though they were closed that day, Omar agreed to come in just for us. He was very accommodating in every way possible.

I can’t say enough great things about Pedego Toronto! Absolutely stellar customer service, great products and just a great vibe in general. Even though I had initially chosen a bike that was wrong for my needs they really stepped up and helped me get my perfect fit. Sam and Omar are super chill and really great at no pressure sales. And the bikes? Omg if I could buy for my friends, we’d all be kitted out!

About a week ago we drove to Pedego Toronto to view some e-bikes. We were greeted by Omar at the Pedego shop. This was on a Monday and the shop is usually closed. Omar agreed to meet us there in the afternoon. After about an hour we decided on two Boomerang bikes. Omar suggested we take a lunch break while he installed some extras on the bikes that we were buying. After lunch we returned to the shop, we took a short test ride then Omar helped us load both bikes on the back of our truck. This was quite challenging as the truck is a mid size. Eventually they were strapped down and we were on our way, 3 hours north of Toronto. We have used these bikes every day since we brought them home. They are exactly what we hoped they would be. We are looking forward to many years of exploring with these bikes and will be taking them with us when we are camping. Many many thanks to Omar for the excellent service and for giving up some of his time off to help us.

We have recently rented out Pedego e-bikes for a team-building cycling tour. The people at Pedego were very helpful and accommodating, especially given we are such a big group with many, small corporate quirks and demands. I really appreciate working with them and they really helped making this event a great success.

Really awesome e-bikes here for whatever kind of riding you are into. They have a repair shop and great warranty on your e-bike purchase (5 years).
Owen was very helpful on the products.
It’s a company I believe will be sustainable and not fold leaving customers with an e-bike you can’t get parts for.

I purchsed the first Pedego Avenue in Toronto last year and just think it is the greatest. I sold a motor scooter, riding in traffic was getting too crazy. I now ride my Avenue everywhere. I purchased the back rack and bags that carry most things i need. The peddle assist keeps me exercising as well as making climbing hills a breeze. I have had both of my knees replaced and the pedal assist keeps me cycling without the undue stess and strain. The guys in the Toronto store are knowledgeable and very helpful. A great place to get your ebike.

Brought my well used older Pedego bike in for a serious seasonal tune-up after not doing this for a few years. Received amazing customer service from Owen, along with a quick turn around time and quite honestly felt like I was riding a new bike afterwards!
Highly recommend this brick and mortar neighbourhood business.

I came to them with a belt-drive issue that they expertly diagnosed and fixed the same day. Their service is excellent and the price is very reasonable for the work they provide, which I felt was a little above and beyond, so that was nice to get that kind of service. They will definitely be my go-to bike shop for fixes and other items I may need (bike tubes, accessories, etc. )

Very helpful staff, helped me get a very VERY nice e-bike, exactly for my size and comfort. Cannot recommend higher.
