I hosted my birthday party here last night and it was absolutely amazing!! Jim was SO accommodating and reserved tables in the front for us while also providing space and a long table set up in the back for our catered food. Since they don't have a kitchen for food, they allow outside food. All my friends had such an amazing time and kept commenting on how incredible the space is and how great the craft beers were. There's also a huge selection of board games in the front and the place is very spacious. I had such a fun time that I forgot to take pictures of the space and just have a funny picture that Jim took of my friend avoiding a group photo 😅

I would highly recommend Common Good Brewery for any event!! Jim and his staff are so welcoming and kind. We'll be back again soon :)

One of Scarborough's hidden Gems.

Great beer & friendly people. The beer is so good, i reluctantly buy beer store. For cost effectiveness, buy a Growler, and get it refilled each time you go there.

Good commons has a policy where you can bring in your own food (when there isn't a food event. see pic of jan events) , stay and enjoy a pint.

Good commons is truly a unique place (especially during the summer), that I enjoy frequenting.

Friendly staff, bright and clean interior with lots of seating and board games. They have trivia nights on Wednesdays, drink specials some evenings and pop-up food events on weekends, not to mention their great selection of beers, IPAs, stouts, lagers, pilsners, and more.

Love this Local Brewery selling some amazing freshly Brewed beer options.
If you're bored of that store-bought beer and are looking for something fresh this summer then this is the right place.
Their Amber Ale is top-notch and I personally love all the lager and pilsner options they have.
You can try their beer flights and decide which one you love before you buy a 6 pack ❤
The staff is welcoming and very helpful.
This summer they are also offering food on selected days.

Found this place on a whim, googling for local breweries to visit and landed here.

This is my second visit and I honestly came back because my interactions with the taproom gentleman was so great and so kind, I had to swing by again.

The beers are great. The people are even better. I highly recommend you come by, take the time to get to know the folks here. It's a solid community.

Amazing! I enjoyed our first visit here yesterday! I love love love the coffee notes from the Wraith beer they offered. You guys should try it too if they still have it. A flight of beer (4 x 4/5oz beer) would cost you less than $16 with tax, so if you’re able to splurge and try this out, you better do it!

There were board and card games available for patrons to use. They should put hand sanitizer bottles on each table though for infection prevention measures. I’ll definitely come back again and bring friends to introduce this to them!

My favorite place to be after work on Fridays. You can bring your own food to eat. They sell snacks, soda pops, corona zero and brewed in house beer. Board games and an arcade game station free to play. Hard working and funny staff. Enjoy yourself here and slowly become a regular.

Common Good Beer Co. is an incredible spot to hang out, have some fun, and just enjoy some good beer. I'm not a beer connoisseur so I can't say anything more than I enjoyed the on-tap flight that they have. Their menu seems to shuffle from time to time and the staff does make good recommendations and are very accommodating. It is a weird but super cozy and casual atmosphere with kids, dogs, and tons of board games, you just don't realize how much time you spent there sometimes.

I also happen to come in the day where they have the Dad's Korean Kitchen pop-up inside. It was totally unexpected but it's amazing to have a local business there and you can enjoy delicious food along with beer.

Can't wait to come back again next time!

This is a great brewery is Scarborough - perfect place to sit out on the patio and enjoy a sunny day! Beer is great. You can also bring in your own food which is nice. Would recommend.

Common Good is an excellent local brewery that offers a relaxed atmosphere for hanging out, catching up with friends and playing board games. My group of friends appreciate that the hours are later than other breweries so we often come here weekends after dinner.

It’s awesome that you can BYOFood too and on the weekends, there are interesting food stall pop-ups as well. Sundays are top notch featuring $6 beers throughout the day.

Truly a COMMON GOOD in my books!!

Delicious in house brewed beer, great selection of tasty beer with amazing service and large beautiful wood tables and a comfy couch area with a tv! Pizza delivery, beer and growlers to go. Dog friendly. Large windows and lots of parking. Good lighting.

Just tonight I went by last minute before close to get some beers, guy who was closing (its killing me I forget his name, great guy) let me in and asked what I liked, he recommended the german-style pilsner, we had a great chat for like 10 minutes and now holy cow this beer is maybe the best beer I've ever had. First time going there/having their beer and wow is it top notch. 6/5.

Very friendly and informative owners ! We got the flight tastings and the beers were very tasty. Came on a weekend and they had a small food offering, we ordered the poutine which was very fresh and tasty. Lots of board games available as well and a large Tv which was playing a sports game. Definitely give Common ground beer 5 stars all around .. lovely local place !!

Always a good place for a cold beer. Owner is very friendly, the beer selection is amazing. On Saturdays there are good food options as well

Well where to start.... I recently celebrated my 50th milestone birthday at Common Good Beer Co and Ajeet and staff were simply amazing in helping create the perfect backdrop for my surprise party for 60 friends.

The venue offered the perfect backdrop for my party. As busy event professional myself providing DJ entertainment in many venues it was hard to believe that the venue hardly does events as everything went so smoothly.

Will definitely be back to try more amazing craft beer 🍻
