I received a few quotes to replace the roofing on my extension. The previous owner did not install a proper roof for the grade and it started giving me issues during the wind and rain storms. Aryan was quick to respond and come check out the current roof. He was the only person to go up and explain what he would do. While up there, he also told me about the state of the shingles at the rest of the house which was appreciated! With a bit of additional work to make it last, his quote was in line with other local contractors. I will definitely contact them for any work on the rest of my house! The flat roof and vertical cover have withstood many storms without any issues!

Flashing tore off the front of the house and were freaking out and were kept up with the clanging all night.

Called Aryan the next day, came out immediately and quoted a more than fair deal to repair the flashing.

He gave us an update on the state of the roof along with early quotes - partially to let us know market pricing and kindly warned us about sharks that exist in the industry.

Honestly, the easiest review I’ve had to write. He was responsive, fair in price, and a genuinely good guy in our transaction. We’re definitely going to use Quality Roofing for future transactions and would recommend them to anyone.

Quality Roofing sure lives up to its name! Aryan and his team removed our leaky 100 year old slate roof, installed a new shingle roof with vents, repaired all our eavestroughs with new gutter guards and re-shingled a small addition involving removing and replacing a skylight and installing new eavestroughs. Aryan was clearly highly expert in all aspects of the work and his dedication to perfection is something we didn’t know still existed. Communication throughout the project was great and our property was left spotless. We are beyond happy with our new roof and our experience with Quality Roofing. Sometimes he gets so busy you need to call him more than once but he's unfailingly courteous and keeps his word. Great work, fair pricing and trustworthy -- couldn't ask for more.

We really appreciated the roofing work that Aryan and his team did for our home last week.He is very knowledgeable, prompt and kept all his commitments for the schedule that we agreed upon. We had to change all our shingles and he provided some good suggestions, and his quote was reasonable and quite competitive. We also appreciated that Aryan is very meticulous in his work, kept everything clean and organized and even swept all around the outside our house with a metal detector to pick up any nails. We chose Quality Roofing to replace our shingles roof this fall and we are very happy with our choice. We had canvassed quotes from almost 15 contractors all very highly rated on HomeStars and Aryan was one of the most responsive in replying, getting to see our property, providing a very competitive quote with all the same features of other fellow highly regarded contractors. It took about 2-3 weeks for his availability and when we booked him, that was consistent with what he said at the outset. When the job started he walked me through a couple issues discovered after peeling off layers of the roof (cedar presence, wood damage, etc.) and we worked out the solution given my priorities: proper weather seal, then cosmetics, then cost. In the end, his people were courteous and his invoice in the end was straight-forward and as-expected from our talks at the time of booking him. His crew took 2 days to finish the job and while some would say it could have taken 1 day for others, I'm happy that the crew took their time and looked like they were very thorough and diligent, from not rushing the removal of old shingles to securing the new shingles to the clean-up.
