We visited Quan on a referral in January to add some color and warmth to a Celebration of Life for my mother.
We were made welcome and sat for a period of time without feeling rushed to make a decision.
Quan was extremely helpful in helping us find a color scheme that went together with each arrangement along the lines of some of Mum's favorite colors. She was not shy in giving her input if the choices did not work, which was appreciated.
The centerpiece for the urn was a delicate balance, and the extra two arrangements balanced the display table.
Flowers and arrangements vary greatly in price and quality, so we were happy on the day to have spent a little extra to get the quality and workmanship represented at Quans Flower Shop.

An excellent destination for selecting funeral flowers. They offer a diverse range of flowers at different price points. The staff is both friendly and professional, understanding our needs well. The flowers were delivered punctually and arranged with great care, presenting a neat and elegant display.

Thank you to Quan and her team for arranging the flower arrangements for my grandma’s funeral. They looked absolutely beautiful and held up so well from the ceremony to the burial. Even a few days past and it still looks great. I appreciated how attentive she was and provided us with suggestions and guidance in what we wanted.

The flower arrangements Quan prepared for my father's funeral were stunning. I received many compliments on every single arrangement, from the casket spray, to the standing spray, the heart, and the wreath. The flowers were delivered on time and they looked beautiful right to the very end of the funeral. The customer service I received was as excellent as the flowers. It was a very stressful time for me, and Quan was calm and reassuring, which helped me enormously. Having to deal with funeral is difficult enough. There are just too many choices. Finally gave up and just tell them the type, price, name, relationship, funeral location and date. Let them do the rest. I wasn't disappointed.
Bonus, they have a friendly dog there to greet you. I guess you can call it a comfort animal in time of need.

Quan has been amazing. Her knowledge of Chinese custom gave the family ample choices plus do's and don't's. Not surprising since her family has been doing this for decades.

Great service, that what it counts the most when you needed for a family member left us within a very limited amount of time of notice. Not to mention the price were also down to earth reasonable for the quality of their products. Beautiful work of art as well.
