This is the second time I have used their services, and I am very happy. They are great people and very professional. They did my basement and now they put the lights on my main floor, I highly recommend this company for any electric work.

Had a great experience with Hadi. He was so professional and maintained great communication with me throughout the installation process. He always sought permission before entering the rooms, and notified me of his impending arrival well ahead of time. He was also transparent, keeping us informed on what he was doing. During both his visits, he made sure to close up/put back anything that was out of place, which I appreciated. Overall, a great person to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to request their services again if the need arises.

Hepbourne Hall is a condominium loft building in an old church annex. We have been very happy with Rusco. Hadi and his team installed our LED system in the parking garage, worked for several individual unit owners, and updated security lighting all around the building. Highly professional and skilled. Hadi did an excellent job rewiring my kitchen and relocating several electrical outlets while preserving existing tile and with minimal damage to drywall. I really appreciated his responsiveness and communication during the job and will be recommending him to family and friends in the future.

Hadi is truly a master electrician! With very short notice, he obligingly came to our new condo to install a dozen fixtures before we moved in. One was particularly complex, but he handled it beautifully and it looks great. He also installed all the dimmer switches we needed. Hadi spent 12 hours and did an amazing job. This is our 3rd time using Rusco Electric Services - this time for a panel replacement to accommodate the needs of a basement reno and to upgrade the system to current standards. Hadi and his team once again did a fantastic job and he was very professional in answering any questions we had. (Previous review 8 months earlier) Our power went off recently and we were without heat for two days as the temperatures were dropping. When Hadi heard about our situation, he and his assistant dropped their current work and came to our home immediately that night. He diagnosed the issue and got our heat and power running in a short time - even though the fuses were very old (60 yrs) and no doubt difficult to obtain. Thank you so much for the quick and professional response! Hadi and Rusco Electric Services are now our first stop for any electrical needs and we strongly recommend them to others for quality work and honest pricing.

Hadi was outstanding. I cant recommend him highly enough. We were looking to have track lighting installed in our condo and most electricians did not even bother to get back to us for such a 'small job'. Hadi responded quickly and spent weeks guiding me on how to choose the appropriate fixtures, track, and lights. Communication from Hadi was excellent, professional, and highly respectful. The work he and Ali did was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were extremely happy with the job. I would go so far as to say that my experience with Ali is the best experience I've had with a contractor. Very highly recommended.

I had a light fixture that requires finding the proper transformer unit and Hadi found it for me in 3-4days. I had someone else come before and he declined to work on it. The initial visit and subsequent replacement was done professionally. I appreciate him explaining things along the way.

Hadi was on time professional and upfront on costs. He did a splendid job installing 6 new potlights for me and upgrading my existing 10 potlights. The work was done wonderfully, he was also able to make a new receptacle for me in the garage all completed in 1 day. For a great electrician with whom to do business with I recommend Hadi.

Rusco changed our old building wallpacks from metal halide to LED. The new fixtures are much brighter than the old ones and use a fraction of the power. Hadi and his assistant were fast, efficient and friendly. When they were finished, I pointed out a heavy curbstone that a vehicle had knocked into the ravine beside our parking lot. Hadi offered to think about how to retrieve it. Within a few minutes and with some muscle power and finally by using his truck to tow it up, the curbstone was back in its place and firmly secured to the asphalt with metal pipe. These guys can do anything!
