It was a wonderful experience. The customer service representative lady was so nice and humble. They have variety of items and really really good customer service. I suggest please visit the store.

There was an inadvertent problem with Printing which made me go back to them, their customer service department went over and beyond what was needed + gave a free photo additional as well. Will recommend and refer for sure.

I visited the convenience store today and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the Asian counter attendant on duty. I found their behavior to be rude, arrogant, and disrespectful.

While purchasing a lotto ticket, I showed my ID which the attendant took from my hand and carelessly dropped on the counter. When I expressed my discomfort with this behavior, the attendant dismissed my concerns.

Despite waiting for other customers to finish, the attendant did not address my complaint until I insisted. Their apology was insincere and followed by disrespectful mutterings as I left the counter.

Returning to the counter, I was dismayed to overhear derogatory remarks made by the attendant regarding the incident. This experience left me deeply disappointed, especially considering the offensive undertones that surfaced.

Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also perpetuates negative stereotypes, which is unacceptable. Consequently, I'll no longer be patronizing this store.

This incident was a disservice to the Asian community and I urge the management to address such behavior promptly.
