Very timely set up of appointment, on time and installed toilet as requested very quickly and cleaned up after job completed. A pleasure to deal with as always, as I have used them in past for water leaks @ water meter.

Our water supply line to house needed replacing , due to leak . We called a few companies to get quotes . Brad Gibson was the first to respond . He started the process immediately . His crew were professional and did an excellent job . In less than 2 weeks the problem was rectified. Locates and permit applications was the only reason for any delay . Thanks for a job well done

Recently we had our water service line go. We called Brad and he was at our house soon after. He helped us with our insurance claim and explained what the repair procedure would entail. One of his workers was at our house soon after and hooked our water up from our neighbour’s house.

It took 7 business days for the city permits to be issued and Brad called and said his crew would be here the next day to do the job. They were here shortly after 8:00 and after setting up got right on it. 5 workers were here for most of the day and they were all wonderful to deal with. They were all very professional and did a neat and tidy job. They were done around 4:00 and cleaned up inside and out. The front yard looks a little worse for wear but considering they had two machines working on it, I don’t know what they could have done better. The excavator operator filled the 10 foot deep hole in and packed it down as best he could. It looks a lot better than we thought it would, not even a hump. A little TLC with topsoil and grass seed will have it looking good.

We would highly recommend them. The crew were all very polite and friendly and went above and beyond what they had to. Brad was awesome to deal with and he (and his crew) made a very frustrating situation much less stressful. We would definitely use them again if needed, and give them a 10 out of 10.

The office staff were friendly and able to set up a fast visit. The plumber Cameron was a very nice, friendly and professional young man who did a great job👍👍.

Adam came to our home in a matter of minutes. He was kind Professional and patient Our oldest son has special needs and offered to help Adam which he excepted graciously. Adam had the problem fixed within minutes and completely made our son Mitchell’s day for allowing him to help. Brad and his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They changed out my lead water line and tried to make it easy for the city to do their part when the time came. They explained everything well and were on time and receptive to my questions. I would certainly use them again.
