Mountain Moving and Storage came in 30% cheaper on their quote than other companies, but the quality of service was top notch. From the promptness in returning my initial call to the patience in answering my questions, the booking process was easy. They even changed my moving date to accommodate me. On the day of the move Lucas and Jacob were fantastic! They arrived right on schedule, were very professional, treated my things with care and respect, and the job went quickly and smoothly. I’m very pleased with the excellent service all around from Mountain Moving and Storage. I highly recommend giving them a call. Trust the praise and great reviews, I’m glad I did. They have been around for decades and I will definitely use them again. Thank you again for making my moving day stress free!

Editing this review a year later. Used them again on another move. Just as great, affordable, and professional as the first time! Two different guys this time, Chris and Brian, both very professional and hardworking. My moving day was stress free and my final bill was cheaper than quoted and one hour faster than expected!!

Mountain moving were fantastic to deal with: Professional, organized, prompt, and very careful with everything they moved !!! Can’t say enough good things about them. They even made sure that everything they moved in to our new space was in exact place I wanted it. ( they repositioned my sectional couch so I could get it in exactly the right spot! ) They made the whole process from sending out the quote to completing the move on the big day incredibly easy and stress free ! We used Mountain Moving on Feb 21, 2023 and have nothing but praise to say about them! We moved from Collingwood into a new build in Alliston. They took great care of all of our belongings plus took extra care at this end, protecting all the new floors and stairs, which was greatly appreciated by us! We would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Mountain Moving completed a very large move for us from one house to another in two towns and storing our furniture for 4 days. The crew were very friendly, professional and quick! This is the first review I have ever been motivated to post. We had the most amazing move experience. From scheduling to the move itself everyone was professional and more helpful than I ever could have imagined. The crew, Jason, Kyle and Jack were polite, patient and took incredible care to ensure that the contents we moved and the homes we moved in to and out of were not damaged. If you are moving to or from the areas they service, I highly recommend them.

I don’t envy the guys that are slugging our stuff around. 2 storey home, garage and basement. Guys were very pleasant and beyond helpful. Didn’t hear a single complaint uttered.

This was our second time using Mountain Moving.. Once again we had a great crew.. they listened, they were careful and knew what they were doing. They are not the cheapest moving company out there.. But they are reliable and work hard

I used them twice and would recommend them highly! the first time I was so happy they had put the beds and crib together without being asked. and the next one was long distance...in a huge storm..they were on time and no incidents at all.
