I purchased pads for my minivan recently from here. Before that I called a couple of shops in Mississauga who gave me vastly different quotes and the experience was shady to say the least. With KAR the quote was quick and the price was competitive. On top of that, you will get a receipt and if turns out the part is not a good fit or you don't need it, they will accept the return as long as it's on new condition. I'll be getting all my parts from here from now on.

My fuel pump died while I was in the city, I live in the country. They got me a new pump in hours. Later I called back for another part, they had the driver drop the part off where my truck stopped. Staff where awesome, Great music in the store... Guys, Thank You, you did more then sell parts today. I can say happy 25 anniversary to my wife while holding her hand ... That makes you 5 stars in my book.

I just wanted to let people know that the service I recieved from Kar Parts was 2nd to none. Making a long story short, after putting in my order they called to make sure I had a specific gasket , had it added to the order and then when they realized that was to late to send by mail, they added it to their northern parts delivery truck and dropped off at my house.

Great customer service; good selection of parts with variety of grades to match the budget. Prices are very competitive. The times they didn't have the parts in stock, they manage getting it in for me same day when i inform them before noon.
Latest i had to wait for a special order was next day.

HONEST. In one word... this family owned and operated auto and truck parts store has it all.... from spark plugs to spray paint and everything in between. .. tools too!!! The entire staff is top notch - A1 and run the place like owners with pride... even though the owner is on premises almost all the time and he's cool. . Super knowledge and serves the clients just like the staff .... u would never know he or his son owned the place their just good good people!! If you work on your own vehicle or even have a bud that does the work if u bring the parts.... this is the place 4 u!!!! Way better pricing then the red triangle and if it's not in Stock then it usually will be in an hour.... so bottom line best selection of high quality parts at the best prices around served up friendly. .. save ur money and time call Kar.... u will b happy! !!

Once again the family at car takes care of everything! Absolutely the best selection of inventory in town excellent prices way better than any of the Canadian yahoos. I will not go anywhere else they have everything I need for all of my vehicles can't praise them enough!

I've been ordering from these guys since 2007 and have had ZERO problems whatsoever. Although rare, if the part was wrong or faulty, they exchange/refund it no problem.

Honestly, I have no reason to get my parts from elsewhere.
