I.D.A. - Frontier Street Pharmacy

I came into the pharmacy to buy some necessities but i wasn’t sure where anything was. Olivia came up to and asked if i needed help. she helped me find all of the products that i needed and was so sweet and very talkative

I went to the pharmacy to get some important meds and the pharmacy was closed so I was trying get help but I approached the Cashier Olivia but she was very lazy and inattentive she couldn't help me out at all. the store manager Gurwindar saw and came to help, he was very helpful and knowledgeable explained about why the pharmacy was closed plus helped me with everything else and even helped me as acting as the cashier. but Olivia was very slow.

Visited for picking up my prescription. Store manager found very friendly and helpful. He was also carrying out some cleaning task. Would love to visit again

I find the head pharmacist very knowledgeable and efficient, but curt. Fine by me. A bigger issue is being followed around the store like a criminal while waiting on a prescription. Guys, please. If there was another pharmacy in town, I would shop there.

Time to update your store info on google. Says the pharmacy is open today but it’s not

They need to update their hours on the website, said it's open till 5
They closed at 4! Useless response! Maybe they should check the hours online, THEY'RE STILL WRONG. Generic responses, they don't care. Can't keep an employee more than a couple weeks. Shelves are always half empty. Worst management ever.

I often hear terrible feedback on this pharmacy but gave them a try regardless. Moving past the issue of the dispensary closing during lunch time when most often than not, there are at least 4 people behind the counter, two with Pharmacy coats on. I have used this pharmacy twice and have received shocking service both times. The first, I arrived after surgery for immediate requirement of antibiotics and pain meds (4pm - 2 hours before close) only to be told my prescription would not be available until 11am the following day, defying Dr's orders. After 10 minutes of arguing the matter they begrudgingly filled my prescription - very quickly I might add. Obviously they had time and it wasnt such an issue afterall, otherwise it would not have happened - they could have filled several scripts in the time they argued with me.

Today, my script was submitted at 1.30pm. I arrived 4 hours later to collect it only to be told it would not be ready for another 30 minutes at closing. Whilst in line I hqeard several other similar stories of people having to wait until the following day for vital meds. All 4 staff were bumbling around each like idiots muttering around closures for lunch and not being open on Saturdays. Why is it, that one Pharmacist can handle each of the Rexel stores in Whistler without issue with a much larger clientbase ?! Pemberton shows incompetency at its finest!

For the most part, the Pharmacists are literally printing stickers and slapping them on the pill boxes - its not like they are making the drugs from scratch. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Figure it out, stagger your lunch breaks and work with more efficiency or close your doors if you cant handle modern day dispensary.

Very bad costume services, stop by today on a quick lunch break to pick up my prescriptions that was ready. I've waited in front of the pharmacy department for 10min, 3 persons were working behind the desk that saw me and that I had eye contact with while waiting. No one greed me, acknowledge me or simply said sorry we are busy will be with you soon. They simply ignored costumer.
End up leaving since I didn't had much time.

Pharmacist was super rude and declined to give me the right of medication that was on my prescription. Definitely not going back

Please update your hours online it's misleading to think this business is open because it says so online only to get here and see its closed.

Some of the Pharamcy Ladies are Rather RUDE and they make me feel bad about not keeping up with my meds but they give me anxiety so thats why i cant keep up with them. Unless its the Guy pharmacist hes super nice and helpful

Extremely rude pharmacist answering the phone. Very short with me and not letting me get a word in edgewise. Also, the hours on google AND the door are not correct.
