Had some issues with my car after flooding early this year, after some calling around I found silvhorn to be the only shop offering direct billing to insurance. Having just moved this was the most affordable and convenient option for me. I was very happy with the service, and very much appreciated their check in and check out pictures to verify all the work. Great service from Silvhorn. They replaced the transmission on my 2016 gmc Sierra and the owner even drove down to the city to pick up the transmission so it would be ready in time. Otherwise there would’ve been shipping delays.

I’ve been coming to Silvhorn for a few years now with multiple vehicles. Mike has always been great to deal with and been up front about trying to make things happen for me. I rely on my vehicle to get my son from Whistler to Pemberton and back for school regularly and on one occasion where the return of my vehicle depended on a part arriving, Mike was willing to meet try and drive to meet the supplier to make it happen!

Able to take us in on short notice, were able to diagnose the issues clearly and estimated the work effectively. We had a timeline for the work as the vehicle was needed for travel and Silvhorn were able to meet / beat this deadline.

The crew at Silvhorn was awesome. They were able to get my truck in last minute while I was on a trip and offered genuine service and support. They evaluated the truck and were able to tell me that the issue I thought I went in for was not an issue. They found the actual problem and sent me on my way after reassuring me that I was okay to make it home safely.

We had to make a stop here after our car engine light turned on. Silverhorn was able to diagnose the issue and repair our car. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the diagnostic report with the inclusion of both photos and videos.

They were friendly and offered great customer service with consistent updates, alerting us when parts arrived and when the car was ready.

At the start of a road trip while passing through Pemberton we experienced some mechanical issues and Silvhorn was the only shop that offered to help us. Knowing that we were trying to get back on the road they offered to have a look at our vehicle and fix the issue so that we could continue driving. We showed up to the shop in the morning and we were back on the road by noon. One week later the shop contacted us to check on the work that had been done and to make sure everything was ok. As a tourist, I was immediately impressed and set at ease by the professional appearance of the shop and premise of Silverhorn Automotive. From the first phone call, I knew I was dealing with honest professionals, so I had no problem leaving my V-8 4x4 truck with them. Transmissions are complicated, so I appreciated the communication, via texts, and phone calls, updating me on the status of parts etc... We made it home safe and sound, with no further problems with shifting or error-messages on the display. I would suggest this shop to any tourist. This is a professional shop and you get what you pay for.

Went in to get some work on my car to pass provincial inspection. Michael assisted me with the whole process and was very professional. That coupled with the great communication from the two woman at the front (as well as Michael) made this a great experience.

I had a great experience with Silvhorn auto! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and I was kept informed the whole time of work that was required to be done and work that could be held off for a later time. I was provided with photos of everything that needed work and an explanation of why it needed work. I can honestly say my car drives like a brand new car, I haft even realized how bad it had gotten until I picked my car up and felt how smooth things were running after the work. I will be bringing my jeep here for all future work!!

My truck’s windshield wiper motor seized up. They got it into the shop quickly and then drove down to Burnaby to get the replacement parts, to get the truck back on the road quickly!

Mike diagnosed a loud squeak in my trucks 4high, but suggested it would be a warranty issue, best fixed by the dealer. The dealer took all day and my guidance to find what silvhorn needed 30 min to figure out. Calm, respectful, considerate fast service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very kind staff. They were able to fit me in to get work done as an emergency brake service was needed. Work recommend and go again if in the area.

After several years of looking for a good, reliable, genuine mechanic, I've finally found it at Silvhorn Automotive. The staff are thorough, honest people who are very good at what they do, and I always feel that their work is in my best interest. I've received follow-up messages after maintenance, and always leave feeling like it's a family member looking out for me. Excellent service, which seems hard to find elsewhere in the corridor.

We have used Mike at Silvhorn a few times on 2 vehicles and been impressed every time. More recently, my suspension failed and Mike was great in sourcing, hard to find, small suspension parts and at a reasonable cost too.

Had brakes, alignments, exhaust work etc done on both vehicles and would recommend.
