Lee has gone above and beyond to help me and shown amazing customer service. I came in for my wiper linkage system to be repaired. Lee found out it was covered by a recall from Mitsubishi. He got my car to the dealership himself, as I couldn’t do so because I was at work in Vancouver and did not charge for this amazing favour. He was kind, honest and helpful. I am more than impressed and will happily recommend the shop to anyone.

When hit with another car issue I searched for a shop that would not take advantage of the fact that I was female and don't know cars. I read the reviews about Lee and his business and decided to try Napa out. From the moment I spoke to Lee to picking up my fixed vehicle, I was very impressed with the level of service and the genuine care and interest from Lee. I work in a very stressful environment and knowing he took care of everything without any stress to me was a game changer. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else from now on! I look forward to recommending this business to friends and family. I'm grateful!

My first non-dealership mechanic experience.
I wasn't sure how to trust non-branded mechanics so I called around to ask a few questions if they were familiar with working on Nissan trucks.
Honest service. I brought my very low mileage 2010 Frontier in because it had a check engine light on. Lee called me to let me know what the issue was, provided screenshots of the computer diagnosis, and said that the issues was an air mass sensor that had an error.
His team reset the computer to clear the code, provided me a later option and cost to replace but said the truck drove fine during all the tests.
Even after a simple service like that, his team cleaned and washed my truck!
Definitely good and will bring other cars there.

Excellent service with a schedule created for my next repairs required so I can budget for it. Not to mention that they vacuumed my car! It is the little touches that make all the difference and Lee and his crew go the extra mile! I will definitely be back.

Would recommend to any new car owners, they gave me a quote on the repairs and a NAPA roadside assistance for 6 months, no charge. And they did not push me to purchase anything that was unnecessary. Lee is the best.
