Scrubby's Laundromat

This laundromat in Victoria is clean, the staff is helpful, and the prices are great. I used the trie load washer and dryer and everything I had was clean and dry in less than 1.5 hours. I would use this laundromat again.

This laundromat is run with great pride and is always impeccably clean, organized, friendly and efficient. If I chose the correct size of machine for my load (often with advice from staff) it all goes so smoothly and the end result is great. At times I also pay to have staff transfer a load to a dryer if I'm running between appointments. This is a life-saver for me.

Totally recommend!!! I am in Victoria for 4 weeks for work. My hotel does not offer laundry services. I reached out to scrubbies and Jeff was amazing to help! They came to pick up my laundry and dropped it off later the same day letting me enjoy my only day off from my 6 day work schedule. I will be using scrubbies for any further laundry needs while I am here for my stay. 10/10

We were in Victoria for holidays. We searched for a laundromat near our hotel. Undoubtedly, Scrubby's customers reviews speak volume. Very clean facility, well maintained equipment, reasonable price, super helpful and friendly attendant. I highly recommend Scrubby’s. I wanted drop off laundry services as I needed it that day. They arranged to transfer my laundry into the dryer and had all my towels & clothes folded by the end of day. So pleased they were open till 7pm. Excellency service! Thank-you so much ♥

First time there and was very happy. Lots of machines and sizes. Great to get to by bus. To and from the stops are right there. Very clean and the prices are real good

Great service! Using the drop-off service, they accommodated my limited schedule and were honest and transparent about the possibility of being late, which I really appreciated.

This place rocked and it was all because of the woman working there. She was working so hard I believed she owned the place. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The business as super clean, again, because of the woman working.

It was very clean and welcoming. We felt like we could leave our laundry there while the machines went to town on my old man garments; however the dirt bag yelling at another customer made me take the precautionary side and I stayed and watched my stuff. The dirt bag can be seen in my last photo.

Absolutely wonderful place. Lots of staff and they are very friendly. Only criticism is a lack of chairs but worth it. Have mega washers which hold 2 comforters a water proof king size cover plus towels. Driers actually dry the clothes. Very clean and tidy.

Stress free, pain free experience! Clean, good machines, and helpful attendant! Glad I went here for my first experience at a laundry mat on the island.

Jeff was fantastic with his service. Super helpful to all customers. He knew that we wanted clean clothes as quickly and efficiently as possible. Pricing was good. Jeff was always there to assist all customers and provide the best price strategy. Lots of machines. Highly recommended.

Best place to get laundromat service.
Jeff is incredibly adept at giving attention and ensured I felt all my questions answered because it was my first time using the service.
The cost to my surprise was affordable and got my comforter well washed & dried.
Very clean place and equipped with needed machines.
I didn't know a locally preferred place in Victoria, so I read Google reviews and went there. Not only did I not regret not researching other services to compare, I also came to know that the laundromat has been in serving Victoria for 30+ successful years!!

Out of the limited options, I find this one to be the all-around best at what they do. Every coin has two sides, and I like to say that the courtesy of the employees has made this establishment what it is. Penny pinching is what the owners do in any business and strive to have employees follow their lead. Although they're not family, they work together for a well-rounded team. Since my first review, I've had many of chances to talk with the staff while doing laundry and by my own mishaps I have requested the completion of my laundry when I'm not able to get back in time, misguided frustrations allowed be to vent in my first review of this business as I seen it was,
Tonight, I choose to re-review because I'm honest to the core, and i feel the staff have proven their devotion to their job. They have been nothing but patient and kind to myself and all customers during my visits.
I would also like to retract my words spoken about staff members thinking outside of the box, As I have gotten to know them a bit, I am sure they are capable of doing so. All the staff are friendly and meticulously do their jobs with a smile, even though I'm sure I may have frustrated them with my tardiness. Thank you, staff members, for doing a great job at keeping this customer a happy customer, I would especially like to thank Jeff for getting to know this customer. He has always
greeted me with a smile and has continued to show interest in getting to know myself as well as the many others he calls by name. As I'm sure all the staff have over the years 🤔 the owners have not yet learned my, I doubt they will, as they remain 😉 focused on the financial areas of running the business. Thanks again, Jeff, for being an all-around good guy. Your attentiveness is very much appreciated, and I look forward to continuing to do my laundry here at Scrbby's.

prices are reasonable, i fo sll my laundry here, even i have w/d in my apt bldg. super clean and working, never have to wait. super friendly staff

Very clean and the staff was very helpful. A credit card can be used for the larger washing machines.

My favorite laundromat.
It’s always clean in there. Staff are polite and helpful. Machines all work. You can get cash back for change :) Tons of parking available. There is a park across the road if you bring your dog (or kids).

Besides, you can use the time well with the free WiFi and e.g. write this review ;) ... I give it a more laps now.

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. Our air bnb did not have laundry facilities so we came here to do laundry and i was so impressed with the service and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was quite busy on a Sunday but was able to get my laundry done quickly and at a decent price!
