CIBC Branch with ATM

This place has iPads and a MacBook for online banking, plus the newer ATMs that allow you to deposit all of your cash and cheques at the same time without an envelope. Also, there is never a lineup here, even for the machines.

This location has completely modernized over the last few years. Everything can be done at the bank machine and anything that needs to be done in person with the staff is easy, quick, and professional.

This is my second time at this location after moving from Mississauga to Toronto , Daren was very professional and knowledgeable with high customer service experience , he addressed all my inquires with a timely manner
Also the manager girish was very polite and respectful thank you for making me love cibc again

the best they're on point

Just dropped in to do some banking with the ATM. Branch seemed clean.

Doesn’t carry any change or small denominations to exchange

Terrible costumer service, they don’t know simple steps of opening an account, manager clueless too.

I received a customer cheque from CIBC and suspected a scam. Later, when I went to this CIBC to see if I could confirm whether it was a scam or not, the person here kept saying, "I don't know," "I can't confirm it," and "it's a real cheque." After she knew that I didn't have a CIBC account, she was even more mean and rude. Even though the people who work in the bank may not be able to judge the cheque's authenticity correctly, the attitude is disgusting. You work in a bank but don't care if someone gets scammed! All I can say is that I will never be a client of CIBC in this lifetime!

*** btw, In the end, my bank found the cheque fraudulent. Thank you for being UNHELPFUL ***

I had been to the bank twice but the employess there I think does not know what all services cibc can offer in the branch ! And not able to provide right information for customers.
It unnecessarily delayed my work for a week
And I had to reach out telephone banking to ask
And finally some other branch helped me same work just at next intersection !!

Mr Gulrajani and his team have been the most unhelpful and inattentive customer service representatives we have ever had the misfortune to bank with. We have had our business account funds stuck in the bank for a month due to their inability to handle a simple international wire transaction during COVID restriction times where both partners cannot physically present themselves at the bank. Highly recommend you to look for ANY other place to manage your business or personal needs.

Not sure why there is an entire branch here. Its basically atm and all the employees in their office. Very slow service.

What a useless branch.
