Very likely10 trek shop coquitlam I recently purchase mountain ebike Rail 9.7 gen4 . including accesories .and apparel i had a great time shopping Milena was super freindly . corteous great promt. very informative and knowledgeable and accomodating . she took the time to explain things how ebike works patiently and how to operate it was my first ebike Milena was very profesional . excellent costomer service , thanks to Milena who took the extra effort and time to best fit for my e bike needs way above and beyond . Milena so brilliant in some case i order accesories does not fit on my ebike she take care right away on my refund and add it on my next order . my first ride on my rail 9.7 gen 4 ebike was agust 5 2023 it was awsome . I have no problem with my ebike . thank ato Milena for your hard work on my ebike rail 9.7 gen4 I would absoulutely continue to go back at trek shop coquitlam to shop for a roadbike thanks to Kevin the manager who guide me to set up my garmin Edge 1040 solar serise . all the employee Tessa Elisa Shawn Jason ,,,,, thanks for the wow great service and go for the extra mile ill gladly do my buisness here for my cycle needs highly recomended !!!! trek shop coquitlam..

I went to the store to buy a bike that I couldn't complete in the online store. With the help of the sales team, especially Tessa, providing all the attention and technical details, I could reevaluate and choose another bike model that will better suit my style and even better optimize the investment cost. Perfect service from beginning to end. I recommend it to anyone who wants excellent service when choosing a new bike.

Bought my Trek Domane AL4 at this Trek Port Coquitlam store. Ryan was so helpful in picking up my first bike in Canada. Answered all of my questions as he was very knowledgeable. He delivered excellent customer service. He was polite and gave good suggestions with great deals for all the accessories that I got. Everyone in the store was so nice. I would give Ryan a 10/10 rating as a sales person as he went above and beyond. Thank you so much Ryan!! I love the bike.

Always amazing service at Trek CoQ!! I’m a Mum of two and have brought my stroller in twice for air.. both times they were more than happy to help me! My experience at Trek Bicycle Port Coquitlam was exceptional! Ryan was extremely attentive and took the time to help me decide on the perfect electric road bike for my needs. Support from Ryan, service and staff ensured that my bike was set up properly and that I understood how to operate it. I live in the interior of BC and could not find what I wanted. My experience with Ryan and staff more than justified driving to Port Coquitlam.

Super awesome and friendly service. I had originally called another shop and they refused to take my bike. I called Trek second and they immediately picked up the phone, took my bike the same day and all repaired in a few days. Super nice and accommodating staff.

Excellent customer service! I had a small accident with the brakes of my electric bicycle, which I use for commuting. The fact is that I live in the Vancouver area and I was in Port Coquitlam where I had a flat tire, I put the bicycle upside down. and I repaired the tire. When I put the bike back in its normal position I noticed that the brakes were not responding! The brakes had some air inside the hydraulic system and when I turned the bike over, the air went to the brake caliper. I remember that there was a Trek Bicycle store in the area so I headed there to repair the brakes that were not stopping and it was not possible for me to return home safely. When I arrived at the store, they welcomed me by opening the door of the store and the mechanics immediately attended to me, took my information and proceeded to repair the brakes. It should be noted that at that time the store was about to close at the end of its business hours and it was still possible to serve me! That's called dedication to the customer and in the end the mechanic finished the job and checked that the brakes were working correctly while riding the bike. Thank you to all the employees of this Trek store and I totally recommend this store for everyone looking for service.

Tried to order SL5 online out of province but the QC store was unwilling to ship. Kevin & Filip set me up with current year model for the same price. Also provided good assistance with sizing prior to order (different seatmasts) and order for additional carbon fibre seat mast. Overall exceeded expectations. Went back to try to order SL6.

The staff are amazing... friendly and knowledgable. Buying parts for my Trek bike over the phone was a breeze and, when I arrived, everything was ready and waitying for me. Thank you!

The best customer service experience I've ever encountered from any business. Quality work. Trek does not look down on working on 3rd party bikes and the staff are incredibly polite and courteous, right down to getring the door for you.I pass multiple bike shops to get to Trek in PoCo. First class place. Everyone working there should be proud.

I am not surprised the reviews are mostly enthusiastic for this place. I bought a bike here earlier this spring (a Trek FX1) and I've been very happy, both with the bike and with the service. Everyone in the shop is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I brought in the bike for a check up after the first 500 km, and the mechanic tuned up the gears and the breaks in 10 minutes, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. Just keep in mind they are busy (as you would expect a shop like this to be).

Trek Port Coquitlam was great to deal with, and I am really happy with my new Fuel EX and the level of service they provided. All my concerns where immediately addressed by Dave and I was left with a really positive experience, cant recommend them enough! Thanks again Trek Port Coquitlam!

Love this Trek location. Just in the middle of making my second bike purchase from them in the last two years. The bikes are great but the staff have been even better. They take the time to explain all the bike features, help you compare models to make sure you get the right bike, and the follow up and service have been exceptional. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I was working in the area so stopped by - this would be my first time at the store. It is huge and very well stocked.

Initially i was eyeing a fuel ex in my future, but stumbled upon the fuel ex-e's. They look incredible and not chunky / disproportionate like some other E-bikes from different brands.

Ryan was quick to see if I needed help and I appreciate the time he took to show me the bike. However, the danger was when he let me ride a size XL in the showroom. I have never been on an E-bike and was just flabbergasted how it just rode like an ordinary mountain bike. I felt comfortable and right at home. It was an awesome experience. Unfortunately, now I want one!!!!!

I also saw that there was a very cool computer sizing system that measures your body and inseam and determines the size bike you need. This was very crucial for me since I always seem to be in between a large and XL.

I had a great time at this shop and felt that I was a welcome and valuable customer. My view of e-bikes have really changed after today and it will most likely be my next bike purchase.

Amazing customer service experience!!! And love my new Trek Rail 7! The Bosch drivetrain always seems to provide more than enough power and range. This means climbing is almost as fun as ripping back down the mountain. And yet, there is no limit on how hard you can push, so it’s still fantastic exercise! Best money I ever spent!!!

Great bike shop. Staff are knowledgeable and work to help you pick the right bike for you. Fitting wad also key for us.

We had a great experience at Trek. Tessa helped us select the perfect bike for me, brought it in, and installed accessories. She even helped us load the bike into our vehicle. She was amazing, and this location seems very well organized.

The staff was fabulous to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and had great recommendations on what may fit my needs. The store was clean and inviting and they had a great inventory of bikes and accessories.

I was recently in looking at a new bike and Tessa was super amazing at helping me select said new bike, a Checkpoint ALR4! I was really amazed at how much she knew and how willing she was to help not only me but also she helped my wife get sized up properly on her older FX2 she had been uncomfortable on. Tessa went over and above and won us both over as customers to the Coquitlam Trek store!

I've had nothing but amazing experiences here.
The staff are so kind and helpful. Once, I had a sidewall tear, and they replaced it on the spot without charging me before even sending the warranty claim to the manufacturer. Recently, there was a small miscommunication about when I could pick up my bicycle after a tire replacement, and when I showed up the day before it was supposed to be ready, they completed the service on the spot even though they were about to close.
I really can't overstate the quality of the customer experience here.
