This was my first time having my vehicle serviced here and the experience was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, the servicing was efficient, and they went the extra mile and took the time to do some detailing on my vehicle. Will definitely be back.

They are amazing especially the service team superb customer service. I really appreciate all the help you did to us. We were travelling to Kelowna when the break of our car broke down in Revelstoke. They took us in, without an appointment, late minute on Friday afternoon i was so worried because it was friday and long weekend. Every once and a while, when life throws you a challenge, your lucky enough to meet good people to help.
I arrived at Jacobson Ford at 4pm on a snow Friday. My "Dodge" campervan had decided it wasn't happy and I wanted reassurance that , at the very least, it would be safe to make the trip back home from beautiful Revelstoke.
As I explained my predicament to the helpful service staff a low voice spoke from the office. This turned out to be Ryan, the Service Manager.
In the midst of the hundred things he was trying to finish to end his day he dropped everything and came out to discuss my issue.
Ryan took quick action and had my van in the shop and gave it a good once over to confirm I'd be good to travel back home.
It's not very often you can walk in to a busy dealership, that schedules weeks in advance I'm sure, and get immediate, helpful and most of all genuinely sincere service.
Many thanks to Ryan and the service team. Keep up the great service and that all to rare personal touch.

Amazing team! Conner and crew totally saved our bacon when we broke down just outside of Revelstoke traveling from our wedding to our mini-honeymoon!

They took us in as a last minute appointment end of day (when everywhere in town else had no capacity), diagnosed the issue, got the part ordered in first thing the next morning, and had us back on the road less than 2 hours after they opened!

This is the kind of friendly, helpful service that is increasingly rare these days and we're so grateful they could help us out so quickly and we even made our travel plans on time!

Ken, the sales consultant, provided top notch service today. I came to try the new Ford Mach E. He was a fantastic to meet with & a joy during the test drive. Super informative & friendly. 100% recommend him when buying a car.

Brought my Dodge in for some work to be done so I could get back home after my visit. Good service, and fair pricing. I had expected to pay an 'out of towner' tax, but that certainly didn't happen.

I think this is my first Google review ever, that's how happy I am with Jacobson Ford. When its time for a new truck I will be giving them a call.

Can you imagine being on your 2nd day into a cross Canada trip with your 5th wheel and your Ram truck's brake light switch stops working!! The trailer's brakes were constantly engaged... not a good situ
We dropped into Jacobson Ford and asked if someone could take a look - the scheduler was kindly saying "not really". Ryan happened to overhear and said he'd take a quick look - within 5 min he had fixed the problem!! And no charge! Can't even express our gratitude - my husband and I were literally almost in tears on our way back to the trailer to carry on our journey. We were set to buy a vehicle at our local Ford dealer and had the worst experience ever ~classic stereotype poor car sales! Dan and Ken at Revelstoke Ford went out of their way to help us! They made it so we were able to get the vehicle of my dreams and for a more affordable price! I will only recommend Jacobsen Ford from here on out.

I had vehicle concerns with my Cadillac passing through, with part of it being that my check engine light came on, and they were able to get me in for a diagnostic that morning. Ryan provided me with an abundance of information and understanding of what was happening and why, including risks of driving without recommended repair and what to do if the same issue occurred.

I risked the drive and made it back to Alberta safely to turn my vehicle on again 2 days later with another concern (which he had already asked if it happened, and it hadn't yet) so I called Ryan. He was a great help over the phone even though I was a province away and wasn't going to drive 8 hours to provide them business. Thank you Ryan.

Amazing service!

I was on my way from maple ridge to Calgary with my 3 kids, when my check engine light came on. It was a Saturday so most places were closed but I was lucky to find the ford service department open. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to find two lovely men working in the service department who were so generous and helpful. The mechanic took us for a drive a made sure my car was safe to drive the rest of your journey. I would absolutely recommend this shop for all of your car needs.

Had to get my (out-of-province, non-Ford) vehicle towed here after an unfortunate breakdown just outside of Revelstoke. I had the fortune of dealing with some of the FRIENDLIEST, most helpful people at Jacobson Ford Sales. They made light of a bad situation (had to scrap my beloved car!) and were consistently helpful, transparent, and compassionate. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received. Can't say enough good things about this place!

I was on my way from Vancouver to Calgary in a snow storm. I was filling up my truck at the gas station and when I went to turn it on, the truck didn't start. I called Ford service department and they were closing in an hour, he was very helpful and understanding of my situation.They took me in right away and fixed my truck. They were a great blessing. They went above and beyond and I am very thankful. Highly recommend them.

Amazing service!!! On our way to Kelowna today when our alternator blew in the McDonalds parking lot. Their tech came to us (yes in the McDonalds parking lot!!) got it going to take it back to the shop, they found the part, had it brought in, and then stayed late to fit us in and get us back on the road! No other shop was willing to help us for at least two days! They saved us a tow truck plus two nights in Revelstoke and got us back on track for our vacation! Thank you so much to Ryan and team!!

This place has Awesome costumer service. I own a 2013 Ford 150 eco boost and pull a large RV 34 feet and travel from Ontario to Revy every couple of summers to visit my kids. My truck has only ever been repaired by these guys... Twice in 7 years they have got me out of a jam..... Pulled in with issues and was resolved as promptly as they could.

And yes only twice... In 161000 km.

We were stuck with a truck issue on Easter weekend. If it didn’t get fixed on the Saturday morning we would have been stuck in town for a couple of extra days. They organized for our truck to be towed into the shop and fixed it while we were enjoying our time skiing in the mountains! Much appreciated! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Travelling from Manitoba we were behind a semi when a chunk of ice dislodged from its rear tire well and damaged our car. The service department got us fixed up quickly so we could make our way thru to Vancouver and get autobody work there. Without their help we wouldn't have made it through the mountains. Thanks so much!!

On our way from Golden to Penticton our Escape detected a misfire. We were close to Revelstoke so we stopped at Jacobson Ford to have it checked out. Someone came out and helped us immediately and said they would fit us in that afternoon to have the mechanic check it out. They did such a thorough job to ensure we were safe to continue on to Penticton. I'm very grateful for the excellent service that allowed us to resume our road trip with only a minor delay!
