We are first time customers to Coquitlam Volkswagen, we had an absolute smooth experience shopping from beginning to end . Oscar was our sales man, very kind and knowledgeable. He went though every inch or the new car with me making sure I knew how everything worked and got me the exact car I wanted . Gina in finance was amazing! It’s a big decision to buy a new car and she had me at ease explaining everything to me . Being able to understand how purchase works with all the extra options . I have bought 4 brand new cars and this was the first time I left understanding my warranty’s . I cannot recommend this dealer more . Thank you guys for taking care of me . We will be back . I got every car I own here. For the past ten years, Binder and Casey have taken care of me after the South African guy left. Even though I do not drive at the moment, I was in an accident. It was a Jetta model Volkswagen. Not only because of the brand but also because of the reliable customer service, I would definitely consider buying another Volkswagen. There will be ups and downs in any relationship, whether it be business or personal. But what makes it unique is that the company is always willing to make it work for the customer.

It was very nice to deal with salesperson Ash and sales manager Kelly. They were upfront with me and created an environment where I felt appreciated and comfortable working with them. They were very transparent with pricing and offered me the best price possible. I know this because I compared and had offers from other dealerships. They didn’t even ask to compete with other dealerships but straight up gave their price and it was the most competitive. However, the pricing was not what impressed me the most, what impressed me the most was the transparency and the way they deal with their customers. They made me feel like I knew them for years even though I only met them for a few hours. I would highly recommend Journey Volkswagen Coquitlam and ask for Ash and Kelly to work with. The staff we dealt with were so kind and genuine. I didn’t feel forced at any point and all my questions were answered. They offered me a great price for my car, gave me a good deal on my new car, and were genuinely helpful to me for finding a new vehicle. They made the process so smooth!

Alfred was the absolute best!! He was able to get us an amazing deal and we walked out with the best car. When we were leaving, he said the car was not clean enough and we came back for a complimentary one!

A week ago morning, I noticed that my car was low on coolant oil. It was close to work time and I was running out of time, but I ran to the nearby Port Moody volkswagen. Without an appointment, I explained to the bald employee with horn-rimmed glasses (sorry:) that I didn't know his name at the counter. He told to me wait 2 seconds. and he ran out with the coolant oil and went to my car and refilled it right away. I can't thank him enough for being so kind! I don't know his name, but thank you. I had a happy day!!!! I give it the best 5 stars and I didn't even get paid. !

The people were very helpful and patient. Answering our endless list of questions. Very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our testing and buying experience a pleasure. They’ve remained available to answer any questions we have had just by a quick text or phone call.

Nima was super friendly, accommodating and was very patient explaining all the features inside out, especially with the new VW infotainment system. He showed up on his day off just to finish up the deal with us.
When we stated that the blue GolfR on the lot wasnt the specs we wanted, he got the car with the specs we wanted basically the next day from another dealership..
Paul the finance manager was awesome too, super patient and explained everything in details..

My husband and I just bought our new car, the Volkswagen Atlas, and it is incredible! We originally had the Taos but wanted to upgrade for more storage space as we are planning to expand our family. Wonderful Experience
From our initial contact with Farhad, our Sales Rep, we knew we were in good hands. He made sure the vehicle we wanted was a good fit for us, and then helped us secure it until we could get to the lot a week later.
Upon arriving, We had the best time! We were warmly greeted, the coffee was delicious and our Finance Mgr Gina, was most helpful. Her knowledge and recommendations were so appreciated. Our lovely Insurance Agent came right to us and We drove away knowing that we had received next-level customer service!
