On my travels today. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The line up went fast. Effective in there jobs.
Lounge had some good foods and services.

A very good, large airport. Cleanliness and service at a good, high level. All necessary services are available. Professional employees. Quick check and processing of all documents. All transportation is available for transportation. A good selection of car rental companies. Convenient, inexpensive, multi-level parking lot for cars. A wide selection of food and drinks. The presence of all national airlines of Canada, as well as other world representatives. It is very convenient to use for business and any trips. A good and positive impression. Well done!

As with any airport, delays can happen and long line ups can occur so plan in advance. But overall, most terminals are spacious with lots of seating, there are places to get food (pricey), and employees are friendly. In some cases you may have to walk quite a lot, but they do try to make it as accessible as possible. There is a train connecting the different terminals, and a train that goes directly to the city centre departing every 15 minutes. When operating well, you can be off the plane, through customs and pickup your luggage within 30 minutes from landing. Of course this time can increase dramatically depending on the day. Pick up/drop off areas can get busy so it helps to know your way around. This is a world class airport.

It's a big Airport with a lot of space for international flights to take off and land. It has provided efficient services and a clean environment, making the travel experience smooth. However, the limited dining options and occasional delays left me with mixed feelings. Overall, it was a well-maintained facility with room for improvement in certain areas. I had the not-so-good experience of travelling with Air Canada on the way.

It's one of the busiest airports in North America, so yes, it's big, can be crowded, and yes, sometimes problems happen. Overall, YYZ is one of the best laid out and operated airports out there. Sure it can be a lot for some to take in. But as someone who has been to a lot.of other major airports in NA. YYZ is best. Way better to navigate and tones more places to eat and sit that any of the other big ones like, Chicago, New York, Orlando, Vancouver and Atlanta.

It's a lovely airport, hugely improved as compared to what it was in 2022 . I don't know how they did it but it looked spacious, more facilities at every gate and the digital arrangements at every table to enquire about flights, boarding, ordering snacks and beverages . Previously it was there but so much of crowding and difficulties in finding place .
Excellent and efficient arrangements for boarding passes, baggage checkin, wheelchair, boarding pass printing and security, emigration etc. The staff is so helpful and smiling 😃

Landed in YYZ and the arrival process was simple and easy. The airport is well sign posted and the staff were helpful. I was offered to go via the Family queue at Customs, which was nice. After exiting the Arrivals area, the pick up area is indicated. Once outside, it is clearly marked e.g. A B C D E pick up points, which is helpful when waiting for a shuttle or limo

Cool airport is known for its frequent rush and heavy traffic. Destination for new travelers, students, and immigrants. If you're an international traveler, it's advisable to arrive at least 2.5 hours before your flight to ensure a smooth experience. Most of the staff at the airport are friendly and helpful. Parking fees are $6 for 20 minutes. The airport offers all the essential amenities, including restaurants, coffee shops, and other necessity stores.

Toronto Pearson Airport is a large and efficient airport with modern facilities. It offers a wide range of amenities, shops, and dining options for travellers. However, navigating the terminals can be confusing due to its size. Overall, it provides a decent travel experience for passengers.

Very huge international airport which I have seen. I love it. My eyes were wide open to seen every where like a baby. When I arrived this airport on October 28.10.2023 night. I didn’t see anything at that time. I just exit immediately n went straight to home. But now I have seen evening almost night. It’s awesome airports. Too many shops n restaurants in side the airport. Internet hubs were available everywhere.

Pearson International AirPort is well maintained and very friendly to proceed easily towards your destination or journey for vacation , the staff is helpful and humble and well behaved 👍✈

I had a great layover. The airport was spacious, comfortable, and I easily found the airport lounge near my gate.

There were quite a few shops and a great selection of restaurants available!

Very nice airport that only lacks in terms of staffing for customs and international transfers. The airport is clean and quiet, has several 🍩🍔🥪☕ food options, a pet station, duty free shopping, ample restrooms that are ♿ handicap accessible, and more. Also lots of seating with charging ports.

A great airport. Clean and fast. Yes, it does take time, but any airport does. The seating was comfortable, and the landing was smooth. I flew with Caribbean Airlines.

Neat , clean and an efficient International Airport . Everything works and our immigration was self and very fast which really impressed me .. any other Airport take so long and have a reputation of scary airport… I love Toronto Pearson International Airpot

Canada's largest airport is hub of constant activity. Planes coming and going, security checks, checking in, gate changes and boarding.

It's a wonder how it all comes together and so many people are moved across the country and the world, most of the time without issue.

The most confusing and crowded airport I've been to. If it's your first time here, don't be afraid to ask for assistance. They have very helpful staff, they assisted me with all my needs. You have to check in your own bags at one of their many kiosk. They have strict guidelines as to oversize luggage, which you then have to check in at a separate line. If you have a morning flight, I recommend getting there 3-4 hours early, or you will miss your flight. The tsa lines are insane.

Terminal 3 has really comfy chairs in the arrivals area. They're perfect if your friend or family's flight is delayed.
