Tim Hortons

Went through the drive through around 3pm on 16/02/2024 and all of the staff were super friendly. My food was brought out within a couple mins and they were all working together great :)

It’s good Old Timmy’s. Some things stay the same but others have declined. For example the donuts often seem stale. But we enjoy the coffee.

Love Tim's they always make my food right and the workers are so nice and polite very good service.

I go to the Tim Hortons in Innisfail almost every morning and I use the app to mobile order my Steeped Tea and pick up through the drive thru - every morning the I am greeted with a smile and "Thank you Andrea!" and I say "Have a great day!" and it improves my mood instantly :)

We stopped here for some Timbits and they were delicious! They are a nice and light treat. I normally don't care for doughnuts, but I love these. They are not overly cakey like normal doughnuts. We placed our order and they were ready quickly. This location is clean and quick.

Superb Hot chocolate ever tasted after stepping to canada , French vanilla and coffee is also good. Good one to stop over travelling from Calgary to Edmonton

I went to this Tim horrtons location for the first time today to get my all time favourite smile cookies. When I ordered I felt nothing but love and when I pulled up to the window that cutest boy served me my cookie. Even though he was wearing a mask I knew he had a beautiful smile. Since he was so tall he dropped the cookie trying to hand it to me. With no hesitation he ran to get me another one, not only did he bring me one he brought me two. Once I pulled away I really did have a smile on my face the rest of the day. I just had to go back and ask for his name. The wonderful boy was named Carson!!

Moving outside of Innisfail, I obviously go there for my coffee and goodies, etc. But each and every time, including when it was -40, they always had a smile for me. That means so much as compared to the cities, especially Red Deer.

This is the meeting place for seniors. The place was packed and everyone seemed happy. I was just in a MVC and they let me hang out until my ride arrived. Very nice!

Beautiful Timbits donut bites, a small bit of sugary delight on our epic 4 hr drive to Banff from Edmonton.
The staff were so efficient and helpful, extremely welcoming and helpful. Thanks so much guys

Timmy's place is always good. I returned the breakfast bun because it was not what I ordered . She checked my receipt and made me another one. She told me to keep the first one and wouldn't let me pay for it too

Friday, October 22, the restaurant was very busy. But the lady with glasses took my order properly. She gave me excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very nice little Timmies with a artificial fire place and small seating area. The usuals are available. There was even a sign on the door that said they were open 24 hours. Surprising. I was not aware of locations like this.

Always good service at this location, the menu keeps getting better and better. The chai tea is delicious, my only complaint would be that some locations don't stir the drinks properly when you have sugar in it except this location always manages to stir adequately.

Great fast and reliable location conveniently near lots of residential. Great staff working there, always gets my order correct.

It's at a very convenient location. Often shuttling between Edmonton/Calgary or Edmonton/Gleniffer Resort I find this TimHorton a very convenient place to stop for a refreshing coffee with delicious snacks. Last but not the least, its washroom facility is a great utility.

Everytime we travel (roadtrips), we find Tim Horton's as the most convenient way to get food (soups, donuts, breakfast sandwiches + coffee!) Now, everytime we mention Tim's, my daughter would start talking about our previous trips. :)

Quick, fast, good and clean food. Tim Hortons sells good doughnuts, coffee, bread, soups. They have really affordable prices and their locations are usually pretty clean.

Friendliest Tim Hortons staff in probably all of Alberta. I always stop here when I go from Edmonton to Calgary because it's close enough to the highway. Keep up the good work Innisfail Tim Hortons!

Attendant are always super nice there, we went late at night and they still had a lot to choose from. So very happy with the experience!
