Paul's No Frills

The new manager Paul has only been there a short while but has already filled the previous shoes. My wife and I love the bulk deals he’s brought in including pancake mix and the milk chocolate cookies. Yes, we buy bulk when he brings in those awesome deals!

There was an issue the PC app not showing the bar code to redeem my points. The two young men at the cash register literally did everything they could to try to get the app to work for me. It didn't work through no fault of the store. But I really appreciate the patience and kindness today.

I would like to give a grateful kind Shout out to Mitsy from the Innisfail Alberta Store. She went out of her way to help me with locating items, box , information and even helpful attaining a cart. Mitsy does an amazing customer service job and highly recommend dealing with her. It is nice to see someone caring patient and hardworking as her!! purchased some products from the international section. My friend is Welsh. He was thrilled to have the gifts of lemon curd and Yorkie bars. Thanks for stocking these items. Felt bad for the cashier trying to find UPCs, while 4 others waited behind me. Assistance was called only to find out she was on lunch and the other 1 cashier had about 6 people at her cash. Maybe figure out the UPCs so the entire front end is in chaos.
Sure people could have used self-checkout. That is what you would say. If those people are like me, we don't use those because I would rather have human interaction when shopping. Would you rather have your representatives thank us for shopping in your establishment? I am not getting paid to ring my groceries through. Or wcb, benefits, taxes, and what else I am not paid. Just sayin'

This place has so many weird deals at any given time, which is great cause I get cheap stuff but it also gets me yo try things I wouldn't normally eat. Super friendly staff and always full shelves~

Lots of parking, convenient location with gas bar & a dollar store at same location. Currently building a new drug store on-site. No Frills has a large variety of GF products, milk alternatives, perishable goods, refrigerated & frozen foods. Great sales. Love the PC & Blue menu labeled products.
