Outstanding service, great people... house built in 1926 issues with the plumbing. They worked with the house, and made thing work to the new standards. Have another upgrade later this fall to tackle, explained what we are looking for and Tim and his people understand and will make it work. Thanks once again for the awesome service.

Well totally different experience than 6 yrs ago. Gave a 1star 6 yrs ago. But just got them to replace kitchen taps. And man was definitely a 5 out of 5 star fast great job and the only company that i talked that would use the taps i baught. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks lee for great work

I called Quinns for My Central AC and they were out quick and got it all up and running in no time for a great price! Jeff the AC guy really knew his stuff and Carly was amazing to talk to on the phone! I will definitely recommend anyone to use them and I will be using them in the future!

Like any good business you get what you Pau for and every once in a awhile you get that bit extra. Quinns is that bit extra. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and taken care of. From the office to the techs they're just great all around.

I am very sorry for the negative reports towards Quinn's Plumbing & Heating. They were actually the company that corrected all the damage caused by another company in westlock alberta. Quinn's Plumbing was very professional and great to deal with and I truly would recommend them to anyone requiring such services. Again the negative response was meant for a company in westlock alberta . I graciously apologize for any inconveniences this very important mistake might have caused. The company from westlock cost me $2100.00 worth of damages so call Quinn's if you want honest and professional services.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Quinn's plumbing and heating once before. I am a Realtor and I had a first time buyer in need of a Furnace for their property. Quinn's was out with a price within a day and had the furnace ordered and installed within a week even through the pandemic shortages!
These folks are terrific and this is why I will continue to refer them going forward.

Thank-you Tim and John for the above and beyond service you gave us to help my elderly parents get their AC replaced in the extreme heat when you were already maxed out with service calls. Coming out on July 1 (holiday) to get the unit installed so they could get back into their condo unit which got to 32c inside. Carly and Mary Lou in the office were fantastic keeping us updated on the search for the AC unit and you all made it happen for us. I would recommend Quinn’s Plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs.

This past weekend, the power went off at my house for a couple of hours . Once power was restored all seemed to be working well .However on Sunday morning we noticed first thing that the hot water was not working in the house. As well the house has infloor heating so the heat in the floors was also not working .Not a good thing on a -18 degree morning. I tried to research online to see if I could figure something out. I was not able to so I called Quinns Plumbing & Heating .They had some years ago installed the boiler so I hoped that they would be available . It being a Sunday I was not sure if they would respond. But I thought I would leave a message anyway. Thankfully, very soon afterward I received a call from Brad. I explained my situation to him and sent him some pictures of the system to familiarize him with my heating system .After a number of calls back and forth he gave me some excellent suggestions to try to reset my boiler .After a few different attempts the boiler reset itself and is working perfectly . I am very thankful that Brad was available to guide me through my problem . And I am sure to call them in the future for all my plumbing and heating issues.

Quinn's has been amazing throughout the years, always responsive, any issue with new or old items they are here and fix the issue. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable staff, they stand by the products they use. I definitely recommend.

The blower on my furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. The tech came over and diagnosed it as needing a board of some sort. Because of the furnace make - Trane - they were not able to work on it as it had to be a Trane tech. Anyway I was not charged a service fee - who does that? or any fee because they were not able to fix it and they got me in touch with a Trane tech who did come and fix it. I have been using Quinn’s for years now and have always been fully satisfied with there service. They are my go to whenever I need help. Thank you Quinn’s!!

I’d like to thank the team at Quinn’s for doing quality work with a recent A/C project in Morinville.

Rob came to my home to check a sump pump that was recently installed , I had questions as to the function of a few parts and an accessory . He was very friendly and and informative . I would highly recommend them

You get what you pay for and i got more than I expected.
Quinns took care of my plumbing renovation better than I though I needed.The Guys pointed things out I didnt realize I needed and were fast ,clean,and very polite and professional.

Tim Quinn had a draw for a new furnace and I nominated a fellow work mate of mine - single Dad to three boys who struggles to keep up with the finances of raising these three boys on his own. This new furnace is a GOD send for them & Tim's generous kindness makes my heart happy. I was raised to always pay it forward and TIM it seems was raised the same way too. Tim & his workers went over and above for my fellow worker and I can't even begin to THANK YOU enough, words just don't cover it. My fellow worker is beaming ear to ear today and can't say enough about you & your company.
