Ryan came out on the coldest night of the year (-45 with windchill), to fix our store's furnace, which involved climbing on the roof after dark. He was professional, kind, thorough, and a real pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend his services highly enough. For future work, we will definitely be seeking out his services. We called Rhino Plumbing in October when our hot water heater failed. We were given misinformation from another company, had already spent hundreds of dollars with them, and the problem was still not resolved, so Ryan had his work cut out for him. He was very compassionate to our situation and did everything he could to fix our heater. We got a couple more months with it before it had to be replaced, and we called Ryan back in to do the work. Ryan took time out of his weekend to attend to my call and provide possible solutions. Within 48 hours, he was able to install a new hot water heater. His work was clean and he was very efficient. He is very knowledgeable, and is humble and confident enough to admit when he doesn’t have an answer. After working with Ryan, he has gained our trust and not only would we call him back in the future, but would also highly recommend him and his work.

Rhino came to my rescue when I needed them , we realized that we had no hot water last night and I called at 7 am and he answered his phone. He showed up the same day I called , was very professional and did a clean job . Was very cautious going down the stairs with the new tank . . Hired this company you won’t regret it !!!

Called Rhino Plumbing this morning to see if they could help with our furnace in our new house we just purchased. I explained what was happening. Ryan as able to swing over to examine the furnace very quickly while on his way to another job. They found the issue, Ryan & Ethen returned later in the day and fixed the furnace! Both Ryan & Ethen were very polite and professional! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Will not hesitate to use Ryan for future repairs/service

Ryan was amazing. He was recommended to me because I was trying to take out and replace my kitchen faucet. I phoned him and he tried talking me through it over the phone because he was booked and was unable to come in person. I was incredibly frustrated and couldn’t get the job done, and Ryan finished up his other install and came to my rescue. He was quick and efficient and very professional. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was getting quality work. While he was here he also treated my bathroom sink and tub as they were clogged up!

I have kitchen drain issues...he gave me troubleshooting tips and advice . He wanted to save me money as he did not need to come out. Seems to me this guy is a professional who cares . I appreciate.

Arrived home to a very cold house, I immediately checked my pilot light and it was out. Three months earlier I had work done on my furnace by a different local company. At that time the pilot light assembly had been changed from a knob to a switch assembly. I had no idea how this worked, so I called Rhino plumbing and talked to Ryan. He was on his way into a meeting but took the time to explain to me what to do. He had to get into his meeting but let me know that if I didn't get it going to call him after his meeting and he would stop by my house on his way home. Thanks to Ryan's step by step instructions, I was able to get it going! He was very patient with me and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing or heating needs that arise.

Ryan responded on a Friday night and had a new hot water tank installed the next Morning. Quote was given immediately and invoice sent promptly. Even improved shut off for us free of charge. Definitely recommend.

Ryan replaced our leaking T&P valve, installed an expansion tank and even corrected bad installation piping we had from Reliance on our hot water tank. Ryan is very knowledgeable and great at helping a homeowner understand issues and proper mitigations. Highly recommend!

Ryan @ Rhino Plumbing replaced our old hot water tank. When we contacted him, he answered all our questions, provided a reasonable quote and offered to come on the same day even though it was late in the afternoon!
When working on replacing the tank, we were amazed by his professional knowledge, quality of his work and cleanliness. He also used high quality materials/parts, checked everything and even replaced aged shut-off valves. The final bill was exactly what he quoted us.

The day after the install we noticed small issue with water droplets on the tank. Ryan came back to check it, contacted the tank manufacturer and got it all fixed under the warranty, so we didn't have to pay extra!
Overall we had an excellent experience dealing with Ryan and will be contacting him in the future with plumbing related jobs. So happy to find somebody reliable and friendly!

Our water heater broke on a Friday afternoon. We called Ryan and he was able to get us in for an appointment to have our water tank replaced by the following afternoon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. Would not hesitate to recommend Rhino Plumbing to friends and family.

My furnace decided it was done working on Saturday. Ryan was professional and kindly walked me through a couple of checks over the phone to see if it was something I could fix myself rather than spend money. Alas, I needed my furnace replaced. We got it to limp along until he arrived on Tuesday. Again, he was professional, answered all of my questions, and the new system works wonderfully!
Will be returning in the future for all my heating/cooling needs.

I called Ryan first thing this morning when I realized my furnace wasn't working properly. He was able to make a same day appointment and even double checked that I had alternative heat so my house wouldn't freeze up before he could get here.

Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and able to get my heat going within a few minutes. He was also able to offer suggestions for the future and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any future concerns.

I hired Ryan last summer to install a new hot water tank when ours started leaking slowly. His price was significantly less than the large furnace guys pricing and he was able to book us in quickly. We were very impressed with his work. He was very honest and efficient and since that install we hired him again to set up our gas line for our BBQ and also he helped me troubleshoot my furnace that shut off suddenly. Having a local business person that I can call with questions who will help me before charging me fees and estimate costs is amazing. I recommend him to anyone who wanta someone with integrity and fair pricing. He's my go to guy for sure!
