Riverview Medical Centre

Wow. I used to think this clinic was sketch because it was in Beverly. I’m new to Edmonton and heard this area isn’t great at times. I took what I thought was a risk, and stopped by, as it’s close to my home. I’ve been back multiple times since. From start to finish I received excellent customer service. Both doctors here are super helpful and normally I can get in right away. Pretty busy past 7pm but that’s almost to be expected. I feel comfortable with the doctors I have met and have made this my own Family Doctors Office! Highly highly recommend.

We felt at home the second we walked into Dr. Motaz room cEverything was clean and in its place. He was great with my daughter, making her laugh while still taking care of her health. It was really nice to get such good care without an appointment.

Our experience with this clinic has always been very positive each time we visited. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. Dr. AHMED AL RABIB is the best of the best. He is not only competent and thorough but also doesn't make you feel rushed. I would recommend him any time. Doctors like him are few and far between 🙂👍

Great doctors office clean, can get bloodwork and ex rays upstairs at the mall. Can book appointments within a day sometimes sometimes 3 days but still fast appointment dates. Recommend

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Clean and organized clinic. Dr. R was very thorough and took the time to be playful and very helpful with my young daughter. Nice to have such a positive and supportive experience as a walk-in.

We always have good experience in this clinic. Receptionists are good. Dr.Abdul is very knowledgeable and polite. He listened to me very carefully so that he can diagnose me properly. He didn’t rush me like I have experienced at some other clinic. Also, he provided me great suggestions. Pharmacy people are good too.

This clinic rocks. They are open later than almost any clinic in Edmonton and are super fast and friendly. The chairs in the waiting room are really comfy. I thought Dr. Abdul was very thorough and efficient and clearly very smart. Would recommend!

This is the cleanest and nicest medical clinic I have been to in Edmonton. It blows my mind that there on 118 and manage to keep everything so spotless! The doctor saw me after one of the shortest waits I have ever had, and still apologized for the wait. I'm thoroughly impressed by the care I received and the entire staff! Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel rushed though my care. Thanks ladies and gents!

I have taken my daughters here a few times and the doctors are all very good, caring, and solutions oriented. You can book appointments which is amazing and once you have been there once in person you can also book phone appointments which is helpful. The wait times *generally* aren’t too bad. Maybe 1 hr max. If possible, I suggest making an appointment 👍. Overall, excellent clinic and glad it’s so close to home!

I came here in the morning as a walk in, and was very pleased with my experience. The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly, I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor who seen me, Dr. Benhassan was really great. Would highly recommend!

The best walk-in clinic in Edmonton. Even though I live on other side of the city I prefer to come here. The doctors here are best. First of all we gotta understand that this is the only clinic that’s open till such late hours (9 pm) all year along. They’re doing the best they can. Really appreciate the teamwork and care your proving to the community.

This clinic is awesome. Me and my daughter had such a great experience. We came at 11am this Saturday and left after 1pm. We only waited an hour to see a doctor. The receptionists are so very nice as well. I drove 40 minutes to come here and would do it again when I need too.

It was a bit of a long wait but the staff were all wonderful (front end, and doctor). They were extremely busy but were very friendly. I highly recommend as a walk in clinic! Thanks for everything you do for the public.

I walked in in fairly ruff shape spent close to 20 hours in waiting rooms at hospitals trying to get anti biotics for a large blood infection i was having. Waiting room was busy i did not expect to get in for a minimum of 5 hours but to my surprise i was in and out with no appointment within an hour. Nurses were fantastic very kind to me. Doctor was very very good. Easy to understand gave me my diagnosis and options along with a prescription. The pharmacy was in the lobby of the medicenter which was amazing. Like i said i was expecting to have to sit and die in awaiting room for hours on end and i was in and out within an hour with everything i needed i will only go to this clinic from now on. Oh ps the chairs in the lobby are soft and cozy its amazing.

This clinic I will travel across the city just to go here. We have been here twice and seen 2 different doctors, both were absolutely fabulous! Amazing with kids!!! My daughter really liked the doctors here and the front desk staff are very friendly. Thank you everyone who works here for your hard work and dedication to your patients! Best walk in in edmonton!

The 2 staff at the front desk were really friendly: one was a nurse who took my height, weight, and blood pressure, and the other took down my symptoms once I was in the exam room. Both were professional but also very sweet and personable.

The doctor I saw, I cannot recall his last name but his first name was Abdul I believe. He was also very friendly, apologized for the wait even though there was almost no wait, and listened to my concerns. He was kind and had me in and out of there quickly, which I appreciated.

The pharmacist was very sweet as well! I have never had such a short wait time to get a prescription filled, about 5 minutes.

I was expecting a very unpleasant situation, going to a walk-in clinic on a Sunday afternoon. Every person I dealt with here today was great, and I will definitely come here in the future when I need a weekend walk-in. I drove to 2 other clinics before this one, whose posted hours indicated they would be open, but their doors were locked. Happy I found this place. In and out in about an hour, with my prescription. Thanks!

We have gone quite a few times in the last couple weeks with different people in my family . Great clinic , receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Doctors were wonderful . Great location , very clean clinic . We didn’t have a long wait during the weekday . Strongly recommend this clinic .

We live in the far south yet we will drive here any day due to the exceptional care and attentional to detail from the front staff and the doctors. I highly recommend this clinic. They make you feel as though they care like a family member and don’t treat you as a number.

I've been here many times. I love the fact that I don't have to take off from my work since the clinic opens until 9PM. The Staff and doctors are very professional.
