We had an unexpected and confusing problem with our air conditioning/furnace system and couldn't figure it out. Britt quickly responded and took the time to try and help as much as she could and was amazing to work with. Travis came out and took a look at our system and didn't give up until he figured out the problem. Not only did he get everything working he was also friendly and explained everything that happened and answered any questions I had. He was fantastic to deal with and I will definitely recommend him to anyone. Even though I caught them at a really busy time of year and had to wait a bit for them to come I wouldn't change a thing as the service was fantastic! Thanks again! You guys are awesome!

We were very pleased with Travis and his helper. The install was fast and efficient. They consulted us about placement of the components and explained everything before beginning. Once the installation was completed they gave us a rundown of the operation and explained the thermostat settings. Good job guys.

I highly, highly recommend this company...they installed an air conditioner for me and I couldn't be more pleased. I also had a maintenance issue (my fault) he stopped by, showed me the problem and what I needed to do in future and didn't even charge me. I've found them to be very professional and for sure they will be my first call should I need anything else done.

Travis came out to fix our problem with furnace and had it done in no time. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and polite.
We are super happy with this company and will use them in the future We highly recommend them.

I had to get them to come out twice to my house because of my furnace being so finicky this week. First time was after reg business hours and I got the owner of the company. He was extremely nice and caring. Next time he brought out a tech with him and we have the problem solved. Reasonably priced and just so happy to have heat and no more issues. Will be going back to them again in the summer if I decide to get an air conditioner. Thanks!

Great shop! These guys came out, did a quick estimate and started work the next day. I thought the service was great and I had them work on a couple of my other properties too. Haven't had an issue; highly recommend!

Quick quote and painless install of air conditioning at a decent price. No complaints aside from the cigarette butts they left in my backyard after completing their work.

Spoke to Pat yesterday to arrange call out for my furnace which is not working. We arranged a call back today at noon to get a guy out to see my furnace. At 2pm I hadn't received the call back so I called Pat. He had totally forgotten about calling me, who I was or what I wanted!? I did get a bit miffed during this conversation and asked him if he just plain forgot to which he replied "Er I was dealing with something else today" and put the phone down on me!? I tried calling back but straight to voice mail? Having been in customer service myself I can confidently say this business model is a joke. PLEASE don't bother waisting your time on these COWBOYS, there's plenty of other furnace repair outfits glad to have your business! I'm so appalled with his ATTITUDE! Thank goodness the weather is plus this week, can you imagine where I'd be if I had no heating in the previous weather of minus 20's etc? I wish this were just a cruel joke but this is how it happened folks DON'T TRUST Them! I dearly like to support local business but I can't support local IDIOCY!
