Rimouski Camping & Motel Anse

We will go back here and explore rimouski again. We should have booked more than one night there is lots to see and do. Camps were clean and staff very helpful and polite. Parkgrounds fun! Great for families. The showers were just amazingly new and clean.

Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good house keeping.
Wifi somewhat weak and turns on and off a lot.
Overall highly recommend this budget motel.

Perfect for what you get. The front desk staff were unbelievably kind and accommodating, it was above excellent customer service! The camping is gorgeous, and the bathroom/shower facilities kept clean. Showers are 0.25$/2 mins.

Fantastic campground. Beautiful sunsets. Good sites. Friendly staff provided great information on things to do in the area (and were able to provide them in English which was very helpful for us). They have a nice little walking trail cut through the campground which we enjoyed. Free wifi that did not require a password. We had a great stay. Thank you.

First, the service is just wow and amazing. I called last minute and they took care of everything. The people there are also nice. Everyone says hi to you. Second, the reception employees are really friendly and will help you out in a heartbeat.
Note: like any camping sites, bring mosquito and fly repellents.

Loved this campground. So much so that we returned on our way home! Owners & staff deserve big applause for a clean quiet and well maintained campground. Our only glitch is that 5 stars is the maximum allowed by this site. ❤👍

Well organized staff! Took the time to reach out and make sure we were ok finding our way there. The facility is very clean. Affordable. Owner is very nice and present. Perfect spot to camp in rimouski! 5 minutes from tim hortons and other stores.

Host was very nice and helpful. Speaks English and French!! They have some big spots for the motorhome. East to get in and out. We have a trailer and they helped us unhook it and the host towed it to the back of the lot out of the way which was so nice of him. You can smell the water from the campground and the sites are very clean and well kept. Quiet too.

Great experience.camped in my 31 ft rv and our lot was on a high plateau and we overlooked the St. Lawrence River. Very quite and extremely well maintained. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, well kept lots. Clear identification of routes. Easy access to highway and tourist attractions. Ample amenities (gym, laundry, trails, game room, convenience store on site). Friendly staff!

The camp was more like camping than being on a "parking lot" like at the corporate camps. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I heartily recommend camp rimouski.

A nice little motel in the outskirts of The St. Laurent

Excellent Campsite Motel. We booked this place on our way to visit Gaspe and the Maritimes last summer (Aug 2019). We loved our stay at this motel and would not hesitate to come again! Had the chance to explore the rest of the campground, and it seems quite unique from the rest of campground sites we visited in Ontario. Nice touch.

PRO: Ambiance. Gave us the opportunity to use the fire pit for bonfire if we wanted to (but didn't have the opportunity to use).
Room was nice and comfy. Recreation room was nice as well as a lovely campsite walk with a view!

CON: Upon entering our room, there were quite a few flies flying around and ended up having to chase them off. However the motel staff did provide a fly swap to kill them.

Spent one night in a pull-thru site overlooking the Ste. Lawrence River on our way to Gaspé. It is a great half-way point between Montreal and Gaspé and a great place to stop for the night. Beautiful place wish we stayed longer. Maybe next time.

Very nice private campground. The staff was awesome. Restrooms were brand new (2017) and kept clean. Many different camp sites: treed or not, pull through, with or without latform for tents, some with nice views. Camp sites are close to each others like most private campgrounds. We can hear the road closeby, like most campgroupds. Nice amenities but no pool, there is a nice beach closeby. Free Wifi works (sort of) even in remote corners. Nice dry (July 2017) sold in plastic bins for ease of transportation, and they add kindling and paper to light it up! Close to everything, including Bic Park!

Very clean , friendly , and pet- friendly. Bathroom's were clean, free wi-fi at our site, hot water station for washing dishes, speak French and English and have good bundles of wood.
We would be happy to come back again !

Great campground. Well maintained, professional staff.

Owners are motorcyclists and willing to help those in need. He pulled a "miracle" off to get me a spot after I got there at 6:30. Family friendly and quite a spread. Beautiful site.

I recommend this campsite for several reasons. Clean bathrooms, Nice room Next to te bathrooms to chill out with a lot of games. Free wifi (like six different hotspots) over the whole campsite. Nice walk behind the site of 20 minutes. Very close to te beach where you can witness a beautiful Sunset.

Little minor, it rained, and our campspot was like the only one that transformed into a mudpool.

I'm Sure i would come back here anytime

I had a great experience at the camping. One of the few to allow dogs, which is very nice, thank you for that. Very nice toilets and shower (basically brand new) and cool stuff to do around the camping.

A very nice place I stayed at a tent area for one night. My kids called it the best camping ever. There is a playground with a mini zip line, rabbits, mini pigs, chickens and cows.
