Wonderful daycare! Everybody who works here goes above and beyond for the kids. The kids participate in fun activities, the rooms are clean, the kids eat very well, huge outdoor play area, I really could not be happier with this daycare.

Absolutely amazing staff and id definitely recommend this Day Care too everyone that has kids! So friendly, caring, loving too are future generation

One of good day care in this area

My experience was not very pleasant. My son is in daycare since he was 18 months and he always loved it. The teachers, his friends. But since we moved to Gatineau and he started attending the daycare he started having some behavioural problems. He was not listening to the teacher and not doing the activities, I thought it was because he had just moved from a different daycare and was still adapting to a lot of changes in his life (new class, new home, new sister). I explained that to the daycare and also to the teachers. I tried daily to engage with the teachers asking what could I help with at home, what could I do so we could work together. I started noticing a lot of changes in his development and behaviour. For the first time since he was 18 moths he started to beg me not to go to daycare. So I finally asked for a meeting with the director, that was when I found out that they moved my son from the 3-4 year old class to a much younger class WITHOUT telling me first. My son regressed a lot in his behaviour because he was the only 3 1/2 year old on a class of much younger kids. This was in a 3 month period. What made me take him out of the daycare even without another spot in a new one? The day that I notice some bruising in my son that could never be done by another kid or by playing or falling. And when I asked him he told me the name of the teacher. It was not an easy name so I reported it to the authorities, and my son never set foot on that daycare again. The next day when I went to pick up his backpack I went there at 10:00 am it was the day before Halloween so kids were in costumes and at that time kids should be doing an activity because it was not snack time, Kids were sitting around the table, with the lights out steering at each other doing nothing while the teacher was in the corner going through her phone. I had to gather all my strength to do/say nothing. She was surprised to see me. That reinforced the fact that I made the right call. And for those who are reading this and thinking that my son might be the problem, believe me, I am not one of those moms that think that their kid is always right/perfect, I took in consideration that he might be the problem or with a problem ( even when my gut told me he wasn’t) I took him to a behavioural psychologist, who told me he was a perfect normal happy boy. Today he is in a new daycare, with kids his age, happy and excelling. He loves his teachers/daycare so much he asks me not to go home.

Une très mauvaise expérience avec vous incompétence de gérer les enfants qui s opposent toujours comme vous m avez dit c est vrai que mon fils ne parle pas très bien mais il sait bien s exprimer il m'a dit que votre éducatrice lui a fait bobo sur son nez jusqu'à maintenant il se souvient bien de ce fait et puisque je ne peux pas prouver ça votre caméra été en panne qu'elle coïncidence je vais faire semblant d'oublier.

Aujourd'hui il est dans une autre garderie il s oppose encore mais avec la compétence et la souplesse de son educatrice il devient très attaché à elle et à la garderie croyais moi en le déposant il court seul très content pour entrer et voir son educatrice et ses amis.

Les enfants n ont pas les même comportements chaque enfants est unique madame il faut savoir les gérés sans les obligés c est ici se dévoile la compétence des educatrices.
