I recently purchased a car from Autoflash and wanted to share with you, my experience. Firstly, I live in Ontario and car shopping didn’t last very long when I came across the 2019 Acura RDX Platinum Elite sitting in your showroom. I had already a list of RDX’s in Ontario to potentially see, but nothing compared to the Acura that this dealership was selling. Not having seen it and not sure where to start, I began my car purchase journey speaking with Marc-Andre.

Marc-Andre
What an amazing experience dealing with Marc-Andre. When he had mentioned he recently joined your team, I honestly didn’t believe it. His knowledge of cars and customer service was above and beyond. At the first call I spoke with him, Marc-Andre really made me feel I was in good hands and when he knew I couldn’t come to Quebec to see the car, he made sure he sent me information about the car to showcase how rarely driven it was, and how it was in immaculate condition. When he sent me the video of the car, he made sure he showed me the car inside and out – and I was sold. Marc-Andre knew this was going to require a lot of back-and-forth emails with me since I just wanted to make sure I was on top of all paperwork I needed to see as well as fill out and he even replied to emails out of office times – that was pure dedication. I have worked in the customer service industry in the past, and I know how much care and attention go into making your customers/clients feel content and safe and Marc-Andre made sure I felt exactly that. I can easily say this was the best customer service I genuinely have ever received. The car had a slight delay in getting to me (but I should mention he did everything he could to get it to me in the fastest and cheapest way possible), and Marc-Andre was literally by myside till the minute I got my car on email and text. I don’t know how much more I can praise him, he’s such an excellent and a much-needed team member that any company would really benefit in having a team member like Marc-Andre.

Andrea
Getting the chance to speak to Andrea was great. First off – she was sick! She wasn’t even met to call me as I heard she was sick, yet she made sure she contacted me the minute I submitted an application form for the car and I was very happy to have gotten all my questions answered by Andrea the day after speaking to Marc-Andre. I felt reassured that this was a great deal and Andrea was making sure I got the best interest rate as well as bank services that will allow me to pay off the car as I wish. She explained to me she even got a chance to see the car and told me I will be extremely pleased seeing it – that really made me feel I had trust now with Autoflash because since I couldn’t be there in person, it made it so much better knowing Andrea had gotten a chance to see the car as well as drive it and told me “you will love it” and she wasn’t wrong. Any question I had, Andrea made sure she answered by giving me plenty of reassurance that everything was going to work out and be processed on time and even got the Ontario tax done for me so I did not have to deal with that here back in Ontario when registering the car. I want to mention, I contacted Andrea and Marc-Andre quite a bit, and they did not mind at all they welcomed every message I had for them to answer and that is the best type of customer service one could hope for when buying a car out of town.

Meg-Ann
I want to mention Meg-Ann, although my time spent with her wasn’t a whole lot, but she still needs to get mentioned as she processed my paperwork to get sent to me, so I was ready to register the car once it arrived in Ontario. She was kind fast at replying and always helpful when I asked questions.

You have a wonderful team at Autoflash, and back home I have everyone asking me where I got my car from and I told them Autoflash in Quebec, it’s a must to check out.

Purchased two cars with them and my mother did as well (a 2006 car in great condition to this day). I will definitely be going on my third purchase with them. It is always a stress-free process and the employees are very kind, which is why I plan on going back!

I had some small communication errors during the deal, however after every was said and done and settled everything was dealt with very smoothly. Thank you hugely to Miguel, he is the one that reached out and gained my trust essentially landing the sale 10/10 service from him and big thanks to Simon for reaching out with a complication we encountered and handling it with professionalism. All in all i will definitely purchase another vehicle with autoflash in the future. Very trust worthy company.

Really sorry I was not able to buy a car from Dominic, as he really worked hard to facilitate a purchase. He reduced the price, found me a set of spare rims, and help price out delivery to Toronto.
I'd certainly commend his inventory, it was a beautiful car.
I'll look forward to trading-up with him in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Clement Chaudru. I had sold him my Rav 4 and was offered a much better deal than what Toyota Ile Perrot was offering even though I bought the car from them. Clement at Autoflash will be my future go to person and I highly recommend him if you are selling or buying a car.

The people we dealt with were professional through the whole process. There was a big difference between the estimated interest rate and the rate they got once they did a preliminary application/review and before proceeding and affect the credit score, they called us to make sure we know of the situation and offered options on how to proceed. In the end, we got a similar rate from the initial estimate. We dealt with Habib and Megann and both were really pleasant and easy to talk to.

We recently had the experience to finance Honda CRV from AutoFlash, and I had one the best experience of my life. This was my first car for finance and to be honest I was pretty nervous and confused. But their staff, I would specially mention Clara, was extremely helpful and humble. They guided us the right way and answer all my questions to the best of their knowledge. Secondly, the car was deliver at home on the given time with two most sweetest gentlemens. I am extremely happy and satisfied with all the process and with the Car.

Great service and follow up from the team (Dominic and Marie-Claude). They replied to my message about my future car within 20 minutes, was able to schedule a visit right away and the purchase process was as easy as getting a library book. Great prices compared to the market, would definitely keep them for future purchases.
